Good price considering they are eneloop type batteries and includes a charger - assume the charger will only hold 2 batteries? Heat added.

I bought one of these from Sainsburys last October for £9.99 - I use the batteries in my Cordless home phone - these batteries charge in it and last over a week without the need to recharge - very long life.

Hot from me & ordered a couple

You shouldn't buy rechargeable batteries. It makes much more sense to buy duracell

RRP £15.99

i disagree.

2 Rechargable Batteries @ £3.79 = £1.90 Each.

then Divide £1.90 by 1000 times ( amount of times the battery can be recharged ) = £0.00.19 effective cost per use.

If you can buy 4 Duracells for less than 1p then please let us know.

Plus all those standard batteries in the bin when they die cant be a good thing!

Ordered one. Heat added. Thanks

Think he was just kidding , that or he possibly misread that its rechargeable batteries .

Please tell me how that logic works.

I use rechargeable batteries for my 360 controllers & camera - I don't even want to imagine how many standard batteries I would go through, not to mention the cost.

I wish they'd get their act together and let me log in after I've registered so I can buy this.

bought this for 99p from 7day shop

Um don't forget the cost of the charger and electricity

But yes rechargeables are better. But this one takes forever to charge, I just bought another one off 7dayshop and their own branded version of the batteries.

The advice found on HUKD threads never fails to amaze me. Only on here can you get total boffins dispensing genuine pearls of wisdom right next to retards spouting ill-informed clap-trap. Talk about the sublime to the ridiculous.

Yep i was indeed. Everytime someone posts a deal on normal batteries you always get people banging on about rechargeable batteries instead. I'm bringing the fight to the rechargeable batteries battleground I voted hot by the way the deals actually a very good price!

Non rechargable batteries hold their charge better than rechargable and are disposable making them more convenient to use and dont use any electric in recharging them as recharghables do

The Charger is included, so their is no cost for that?

I have an electricity monitor and when the charger is in use, it doesnt even register (Thats how little Electricity it uses).

On an unconected note how much does a phone charger use? I've heard that if you leave one in all day long even not plugged into a phone that it uses alot of electricty? I don't suppose you can confirm this with your electricty monitor?

"no need to excuse me of being mentally disabled " That doesn't make sense. Perhaps you meant "no need to excuse me for being mentally disabled "
Well ok, I won't excuse you
Or perhaps you meant "no need to accuse me of being mentally disabled " .
I didn't accuse you of anything. But if the cap fits....
