The W series model you listed for the same price is the better of the two.

Suppose the better thing about this one is the 5 year warranty as opposed to 1 year on the other.

don't Sony still give 3 year warranty on their sets? I know I got 3 years for my 40w5500 (+ another 2 years extended for free for buying it on my credit card ;-) )

They've done this a couple of times but for a limited period only. Nothing on at present unfortunately - the last one was for tvs purchased before 31st March 2010.

Which W model and what makes it better at 200 more. Advice please

Cheaper (£499) at Sony Centers with trade in of any old TV

Been this price for Yonks @ M&S

How do you get the £100 off, do you just turn up at the store with the old tv? or is there some code to add at the checkout? sorry if this has been explained before.
