Sony are generally considered one of the better companies when it comes to updating older TVs. They're still supporting models from as far back as 2015 with new updates and are currently in the process of rolling out Android Nougat to 2015 and 2016 models.

Some functions on the remote are very slow resounding. Pressing the home button can take several seconds for anything to happen.

I agree with Aretak, the response times with the remote can be slow but it’s still the best android tv on the market. I’ve got showbox installed on mine and it works perfectly with my Bluetooth mouse without any hassle. If your a bit of a wiz kid the. You can also use Kodi and install the add one for all your sporting pleasures which makes this the best tv on the market and you can do away with sky/virgin!!!
All in all a great tv with brilliant picture quality. Live football mode makes all the colours come alive

Recently got this tv via amazon warehouse deal and it was a replacement for my older 1080p Bravia. Initially I was disappointed with the poor image but after calibrating, it’s really improved, I feel often people comment on tv pic quality and I see they have left it as was out of box, you really need to adjust settings to get the best from this tv. Also works well with Xbox one x via HDMI ports 2 or 3 - you have to enable full range on the HDMI or you won’t get hdr10 enabled.

Sheffield branch won't price match to Co-op Electrical who have it at £579 however were willing to knock a tenner off.
