No.

From AVForums' review: "The Smart TV system being used here is Android TV (8.0) and on the AG9 it was fast and stable, which was nice to experience having used previous versions that felt anything but fast or stable. We didn’t encounter any crashes in our time with this retail sample and speed was always fast enough to not draw any attention to itself."
Wish I could afford this bad boy
See LG - If you don't drop the price of the 65" C9 to £1500 I may go SONY - I give you till the end of the wk..... :-D

Fast and stable for the duration of testing, and then what happens?

From my experience they get worse over time, despite upgrading to the latest firmware.

My Sony XE90 with an older X1 processor and Android TV has only gotten better, so I wouldn't be prejudiced against it in future, despite not liking the OS when I first got it.

They? Which model?

No such problems on my XF9005.

I got a 65" C9 for £1679 a couple of weeks ago, loving it so far.

Lg TVs have issues with connected devices via HDMI. There is a delay with a/v sync and no matter how much you play with it, it's out. Sadly I have this issue. I have to connect my steamer to the sound bar first or this issue would make me crazy. Both TV and sound bar are premium lg and only a year old.

The issue I believe is the audio is behind the video. And the TV and most other things only let you put it further behind.

I'd only consider this a good deal if it was 65".

Not comparable. C9 mid range LG, Sony is a flagship model. Best compared to E9 or W9.
They are both same panel only different is sound and colours
