LED's are LCD screens with LED lighting. So it is a LCD panel with LED backlighting. Older LCD's used ccfl

is it any good? is it worth holding out for a full LED model??

Good price for a nice TV, esp with 5yr warranty. Heat.

The only LED screens are OLED ones which start at 3 x this price. It is just a case of what type of lighting is shining through the LCD panel. LED lighting or flourescent.

XE70 series all have the same panel

erm no they don't. IPS and VA panels are different. Along with input lag etc.

Best smart tv softwares in my opinion . I have and LG and Samsung and not as good as Sonys smart software.

Can anyone recommend a good TV to go with an Xbox x ?.. Im going to pre order an Xbox and would need a TV compatable but im not to clued up on what it should have, Iv read alot of people saying about 10bit and 50z. Fake 4k etc which means nothing to me . if anyone can help if greatly appreciate

Sony have at least two completely different systems. This uses the Opera store one shared with their lower end models rather than the Android TV of their higher end models.

Well, if you're buying an X rather than an S you probably want top class graphics. That's around the £1500 mark in 55" with options like the Sony XE90 and XE93, Samsung Q7 and LG B7. Philips PUS7601 is also worth a look as that's an excellent 65" for the same sort of money.

I wouldn't upgrade to a TV at this XE70 level if you're buying an Xbox One X, although it would do as a replacement for a broken TV.

This TV has a VA screen the 7002 has a IPS

What is your source for that?

Are you sure?

Buy it on gift card. Theirs a lady who sells them every time at Lokal website at 90% value.

Silver? How nineties!

Are you sure?

Apologies they both have VA screens. It's the 49" XE70s that use IPS

The OLEDs don't, but the XE90 and Q7 are both available in 49"
