Be amazed by the super-rich contrast and breathtakingly realistic image quality of Sony's XE90. It combines the exceptional detail of 4K with the brilliant brightness and colour of HDR to give an amazingly lifelike picture. Depth of field is startling and motion is pin-sharp, driven by Sony's X1 4K HDR Processor engine. The brand's TRILUMINOS display ensures beautifully rich and realistic colours, with incredibly smooth shading and texture rendering. Sony's suite of Smart features on the Android platform opens up a wealth of extraordinary online content, and its thin aluminium bezel edging makes it a most elegant, premium addition to the modern home.

Game-Changing HDR Premium
Sony are one of the forerunners of colour-boosting High Dynamic Range (HDR). As members of the UHD Alliance, they've delivered top-shelf HDR with a staggering 14-bit colour depth. This means that there are over a billion individual colours to deepen your view and show shades you’ve never seen in home entertainment before. Usually, studios are forced to dilute the colour of their shows and films to fit on our TVs. Now, HDR screens like the XE90 can channel content from studio-to-living room with the same precision and utterly otherworldly hues. Super Bit Mapping™ technology delivers 64 times more levels of colour for beautifully smooth tone gradation. Beaming at the highest HDR level on-the-market, this model almost matches real-life, bringing you closer to your shows than ever before.

Should be £1149 if a Co-Op member.

With membership discount £150 and CP75 code it’s £1,074 delivered. Just tried for 3% though TopCashback as well. Being delivered tomorrow.

Yep. When I go through it gives me my community reward and save it/spend it value but no discount

Not sure then, have you gone right to the end where you enter payment details to see what the final total is ?

Strange doesn’t seem to have taken off the CP75 code. Maybe try a different browser and start again.

£1024 for the 49inch too if your room isn't up to a 55er

This is the TV I've been after, doubt it will get much lower than this

Good price. Heat. slightly too expensive for me.

Wasn’t showing for me initially. Think it was because I’d copied and pasted the membership number. Worked when typed in manually. Should show discount as soon as you add to basket.

32366943-OizMH.jpgyou probably know but don't forget to add the soundbar to the basket before you order otherwise you will only get tv. It takes the price of sound bar off in basket

Voted hot. No idea if its a good price, I'm just fed up of all the so called 4k LG tvs being posted on here.

Paid £1239 for this from Co-op on Tuesday

This TV is really rated on various forums such as AVforums. Better HDR and local dimming performance apparently.

You can always return it and buy it again:) save some money

Bought this to replace A LG Old 55B7V , Terrible TV for those susceptible to motion blur and the judder on Sky tv (Or any interlaced source ) is really bad .

Still can't get this to work. No member discount is being applied. Yet it knows I'm a member as I'm signed in.

Can anyone say how sd channels are on this please?

BTW what Panel is this, I see comments about 8 bit or 10 bit, which one is the best one to buy? Thanks

Shame it's not the XE93 or XE95 with the X1 Extreme chipset

My budget was around £500 and I was waiting for black Friday, but somehow this is very tempting as it will come around £850 if I sell the soundbar. Can someone please talk me out of it?

I don't watch Blu-ray or game in 4k. Are those good enough reasons to pass on this?

With staff discount it's down to £1020. Also all members will be getting £50 back on their members card. This can be spent as cash in Co-op stores. Can also be used to purchase gift cards to spend elsewhere, Amazon, Argos etc.

Have you typed your members number in the box in the basket screen or at check out? I think this might be required regardless of being signed in.

Yep, Chrome and IE. Used a phone and my laptop. It removes price of the soundbar and I get the CP75 discount, but not the £150 members discount.

has a good technical review of this TV

Had the same thought but like others I can’t get the discount to work despite being a member

update: figured out what I was doing wrong, I was copy/pasting my membership number in and it was removing the last 6 digits but still saying I was logged in, input all the numbers except the first 6and it worked.

Soo cheap, I'll have half a dozen then.

I actually hadn't tried it before but same thing is happening with me. I'm not copy pasting the number so that isn't the issue.

I'm wondering if it's because I haven't used my card to shop there yet?

I don’t have a card as only signed up an hour ago but once I started putting in the numbers correctly (you don’t need to input 633174) it discounted fine but instead of ordering another I gave them a call and they have refunded me £150

This TV is my backup plan if the LG OLED 55” from Currys looks too big in our living room. Thanks for the post Max147! Very good price because of the free soundbar

Great price

personally I wouldn't pay over 1000 for LCD TV.at that price I'll aim for an OLED.£1000 is a red line LCDs shouldn't cross lol
