a 1080p TV would be better but this will still be good.

Don't listen to this guy. 22" with 1080p would make NO difference at all. 720p would do just fine and yes it would be brilliant for gaming if he is at the right viewing distance.

looks good!

Is there a delivery charge at Dixons please?

I'm never clear as to how good these are as PC monitors. Would it be to harsh for picture editing? I', sure gaming, internet etc would be fine just the editing.

Thanks for the advice, have ordered but through dixons as delivery (free, 3 - 5 days) usually quicker than Amazon
Great deal will have a very happy teenage son (currently using an old Tesco own brand 17inch! Lcd)

Hi so tempted for this, but just bought the Sanyo 19" that was on here a few weeks ago from Zavvi.....umm I could return it.....tempted

has it got HDMI ?

the description on dixons says 1 x HDMI, 1 x scart, 1 xUSB

For dual purpose usage a Monitor with a built in Freeview tuner makes much more sense than a TV. LG make a 22” 1080P combo display which has loads of inputs and it comes with a 3 year on-site warranty and is under £190 or less sometimes.

Well that settles that then!....or not, since you didn't say why you 'think' its better, nor how much each unit was, nor exactly which model you're comparing, all this ignoring the fact that there's a significant timescale gap between the two units.

Is that possible to use this TV as monitor? please help me!!!
