There are several different posts about this 10% offer so do we really need a seperate post for every model it applies to?

The offer for the 10% discount itself has already been placed over a day ago and is pretty clear

Thanks for posting seems very tempting for that price and thanks for code as first time ive seen it (_;)

You can get the 100 Hz model, KDL40EX503U for about £ 582 from Amazon including the 10% discount

Just gone for this, had £35 in gift certificates so £420 for freeview HD 40" seems too good to pass up!

You have made the right choice. Guess I would do the same.

Is this a better TV than the LG at currys at the moment?

This one has better connectivity than the LG you mentioned. You can practically transform this tele as your computer screen with internet. Personally, I would prefer SONY any day to LG as the colours are more real and the built quality is superior.

So can you browse the Internet with 'BRAVIA® Internet', Im very tempted with this, cheapest HD freeview TV I have seen.

The Toshiba 40RV753 with Freeview HD is slightly cheaper with Dixons, and has quidco, but I've gone for this Sony deal as the reviews are good and it comes internet enabled, rather than simply wi-fi ready (i.e. has DNLA connectivity, but requires hook-up to windows 7 laptop).

I purchased this tv the week they came out as I wanted freeview hd. Cost me 700, well worth it. The set is fantastic, remote control very well made, nothing on this set look cheap.

Picture quality to me is great, avatar on blue ray etc.

got this in 32 inch, great telly and the bbc i player has appeared on the internet screen stating coming shortly, great picture, would recommend this to anyone, has loads of connectivity solutions as well as a rj45 jack at the back which is never stated in the brochures.
