CD-RWs LOL before the time of big and cheap USB flash drives....the cassette of the 2000s.

Still a good method of longer term storage.

they degrade.

looks good as house decoration

Are the jewel cases the type you get a CD Single in?

( for the youngsters out there, a CD Single is a type of solid-state media for the distribution of Popular Music )

I'd buy a pack or two, but I can GUARANTEE 100% there will be none in Poundlands in my area. ANY of them, as whenever any deals like this appear, I always check and inevitably there is none. Great dvd ? Ours will be 10th rate dvd's. Names you've never heard of doing zombie movies you've never heard of, or dvd's about tractors (seriously)
Great deal if it applies to all Poundlands.
But it DOESN'T.

I would never ever back up important stuff on a CDRW. They can degrade, plus are more temperamental when the surface is marked (IMO)

they degrade.

Indeed. I've been transferring movie files I had stored on CD & DVD over to HDD storage and have hit quite a few discs that have degraded to the point they are no longer readable. They're only a few years old as well. Guess thats what I get for using cheapo silvers ....

It's a good price, and for some of us the best/only way of playing music through our car stereo!

Who still uses these? I always found rewritables were quite unreliable (and slow). You can pick up 1gb micro sd cards for like 20p can't you?

I find micro SD cards don't work with my in car cd, they just get stuck in there!

Good for recovery boot CDs

great. Have been looking for cheap CDs for the 6 disk mp3 changer.

You wanna look at getting one of those new-fangled tape deck thingies.

Let's party like it's 2003.

CD-RWs are always good for windows re-installs on older machines!

I don't remember when i bought one of these last time.;)

Good find

I have good deals for 3.5" and 5.25" too!!!

Except recent M$ OSes won't fit on a CD.

Actually that photo is incorrect, these discs use the slim jewel cases which use up 50% of the space as the normal jewel case as pictured above! i.e you can slot 2 of these discs cased up into storage that normally takes a standard jewel case.

this is correct photo, just exactly what I got from Poundland ....anyway..made by me

Shut up.

Ok for photographs?

Ventured into my local Poundland store for the first time. They didn't have any of these only some crappy brand. Wanted to get some of these to make backups of CDs for the car.
