yeh, 1" sensor even on the f2.8 wont like low light.
Horses for courses tho. A bigger sensor with a lens to beat this (range and aperture) will cost double at least. Although probably wont weigh any more!

I was going to stay with DSLR but to get the versatility of the 24-600 lens I’d have to spend a fortune AND would I want to lug it around? Eventually I thought I’d rather have a £1250 camera that I’d take with me over a £4500 setup that will spend most of it’s time at home. I did my homework so I knew about the light weakness BUT I was still a bit shocked at how bad it is. That said, how often do you take night photos v daytime? The rest of the strengths easily outweigh that one weakness and it truly is a fantastic bit of kit
Sold out quickly.

Sony cameras are crap

Personally I think Canon and Nikon are now playing catch-up to Sony who are leading the way.
