Why's this so cold then?

I vote it hot!

Sorry but i voted cold. You could buy a 'Brand New' one for about £4 more ]Here which has all the accessories included. The clearance ones are customer returns and most of the time they do not include accessories such as the memory card.

Are you sure about that? Selling used items as being new would be illegal.

Surely not, that would be a tad bit naughty wouldnt it? There is no mention of this in T&S but that does not mean much!

I voted hot (hopefully its gen as I would not like to be with o2)

Could someone tell me (im not too hot with phones) would i be able to listen to music and the radio with a stereo blutooth headset with this phone? Voted hot

I've had phones come in a plain white box with just a charger and manual, I've had other phones arrive in their original box with everything as new - it varies.

Music definately but these phones use the headphone cord as an aerial for the radio (FM only), so no headphone lead = no reception = no radio I'm afraid. Hope this helps.

It's a bit confusing. I'm used to used stuff being sold as refurbished and not as clearance. Any sale is a clearance sale and doesn't usually mean that it's used stock.

I got caught with this clearance stock as well, I would never knowingly buy refurbished, but did not know till it turned up.

They did not pay the £7 Quidco either because they said they had paid it to another site - course you did.

No - e2save - never again

Thanks for this info - A good lesson learned! personally I think this is a terrible practice for a company to adopt.

I have bought refurb in the past (a great PC unit from Dabs) but they are more up front with it and explain exactly what you are getting prior to purchase!

e2 save = crap service they cancel your order without even notifying you infact I only noticed they had done this with my order when I checked quidco and it showed declined.
