Visit the Vodafone website - Make sure you do this through the Quidco link (www.quidco.co.uk) and select price plans, then the £10 price plan. You have an option of phones, pick of the bunch being the Sony Ericsson W595 or C510.

This does come on a 24 month contract, however, with the £90 cashback (which you should receive just in time for xmas), that's £10 p/m x 24months = £240 - £90 = £150/24months = £6.25 a month

So bottom line is, £6.25 a month for 2 years of 500 txts and 100 mins a month, including a brand new free phone

Seems a bloody good deal to me, hence the reason I bought mine last week.

I've not voted either way but is the w595 not one of the phones sony has had a lot of quality control problems with, cracking keypads etc?

I suspect you are thinking of it's predecessor the W580 they've supposedly sorted it out for this model (well all the reviews I've seen seem to think so).

Having bothered to do the google search that I should have done in the first place. It looks like you're right.

No idea why so cold! Aas you say Cadmus & Danny...it's ideal for a light user who does not need the newest phone on the market, but a low cost option with a fair bundle included. Far cheaper than PAYG and other similar deals out there!

I was looking for a deal for my girlfriend who was on a poor Virgin tariff (£12.50 for 150 minutes and 150 texts I think). She was put off by the 24 month contract but I pointed out that she could sell the phone for £80ish and once the Quidco had been paid it meant a cost of less than £3 a month for 24 months - or £6 over 12 (if she didn't like the sound of a 24 month contract).

She's just gone on pay monthly for a month or two hoping something else turns up (I would prefer O2 if possible) but at the moment I think this is the best deal for a low user.
