Use the promo code "VTWMDLHGPQ" to get this price.

Thin as a CD case and dressed up for grand openings. And this beauty has brains too - on the W890i inside, you find a Walkman player, turbo 3G and a 3.2 megapixel camera. It's your music. So have it your way: SensMe lets you create playlists based on mood. When you want new songs for your phone, just click the PlayNow icon, pre-listen and buy.

Walkman Phone
Have your favourite sounds with you - always, whenever, wherever you go. Your Walkman phone is not only a mobile phone. It's a portable music device, too.

Music Recognition
What's that sound? Just record a few seconds of music and TrackID (powered by Gracenote Mobile MusicID) returns the song name, artist and album to your phone within seconds.

Great price. I have this phone and really like it. Wish I could have got it in black but only Voda have the black and I was going with O2. Grrr.

To the spec obsessed (as I know they will moan) - this phone isn't for you. If you want a phone with a fantastic camera, speaker and battery life then get a bulky (in comparison) K series Sony Ericsson. The camera is decent and the MP3 player is pretty good but the battery life and speaker are pretty bad, it's made to be slim and stylish first and foremost so both the speaker and the battery are slim and have lower performance.

If you use your phone as a phone (SMS and voice calls) and want one that's sleek and stylish then this gets the  from me!

Is it unlocked?

yeah i see what u mean, phones are a dying breed

Is it unlocked?

it says vodaphone so maybe not

is this really that good? I feel its very expensive when you compare it to the samsung C300 (I think) phones that are about 30 quid and do everything you need. Getting a small mp3 player would probably be better and more suited to the job of playing music...

just a thought and the reason I wouldn't buy this phone, but each to there own

Hi, any ide if it can be unlocked ?

It does look nice, though. :-D

Ive got this phone in silver.... its a BRILLIANT phone... So slim in the pocket and its got gr8 features, especially Walkman.... comes with a 2GB M2 card too... which is sweet, if you really want to pack it full of choons, then it can happiley accomadate 8GB card (which im after at the mo)

There are other phones out there, that some can argue are smarter and better.... Personally tho, given the perfect small, slim size of this phone and all the features you can not go wrong with this.... Voted HOT, price is v.good!! Long live Sony Ericsson

PS On unolcking, Vodafone are v.helpfull with handing over unlocking keys without a fee.... and many Vodafone W890i's come unlocked from Factory, as was mine...

Great phone apart from its keyboard, I prefer that of w910i.

normally if a phone doesnt have orange, 3 or o2, or whatever network written on it, then it means that it's unlocked. You only have to unlock those if they are marked on the phone as one network. I've had many phones now and I've not had to unlock any of them and it's worked with other network sims.

is there any chance of this expiring in the next 3 days or so? im waiting for money to go in my account!

i will go overdrawn though if you think its gonna expire

thanks

That's what credit cards are for :-D

Or are you not 18 yet? Some people have a stigma over credit cards but if you pay up the full balance before the 30/60 days is up you don't pay any interest. Would be perfect in such a situation as yours.

is this one Vodafone branded?
