Literally recieved my PAC code from Virgin on Monday to go elsewhere to get this phone!!! Virgin Cust service is appalling tho so not sad to be leaving them

rang to cancel my daughters phone contract and go elsewhere. They offered this for free on £13 a month, as an existing mobile only customer, but with 200 minutes, u/l texts and u/l internet ( 1gb)
Told them no thanks, as they didn't offer me anything when I renewed.
Swapping to T-mobile as they keep giving me deals, unlike virgin, who wouldn't budge £1 in April.

Don't see the sense in posting these silly retention deals.
Cold.

You don't have to be an exiting Virgin Mobile customer to get this. If you have Virgin TV or phone you can take up the offer.

I've always been on PAYG but my trusty Motorola Razr v3 is showing it's age and rather fork out £100 plus for a smart phone plus top ups this deal looks OK to me. This deal gives 50 minutes, 250 Texts, 500MB Web and I'd get free calls to my home phone which should be OK for me. So at £240 for a 2 year contract I'm tempted

Other option is the Blackberry Curve 8520 - also for a tenner / 24 months.

Hot from me

Must be luck of the draw! I used to work in a phone shop (I'm sorry everyone) and the one network I didnt mind calling was Virgin as they were always polite and eager to help! Whereas T-mobile sometimes lied to get you off the phone, orange had ques, 3 didnt know what they were doing, o2 didnt care and vodafone were occasionally downright rude!

i just got this phone free from virgin with 200 mins unlimited text and unlimited internet for £15 a month

This deal is available online. I think it is a good deal.

would i be able to get this deal if ihavd 6 months of an existing 10 per month deal left?

my contract was due for renewal thats how i got it, i said i was leaving cause all the deals were pants, they told me that they have special offers for existing customers that they do not put online

As I stated earlier this deal is available to any existing virgin media customers (customers who have TV, Broadband and Landline services at home, not customers who just have mobile. It's not a retention deal as someone mentioned, its an actual deal they're selling in the store as I got one the other day!!

love it, lol, IF YOU HAVE VIRGIN TELE,BROADBAND OR LANDLINE, you can get this for a tenner a month,
This is not a retention!!
and jaybear has it on the head, peaople are so fickle.

HOT HOT HOT from me.

As an existing Virgin Media customer (Virgin TV, broadband & landline) I've upgraded for free to the X10 Mini Pro for £10 month (with 50 mins, 250 texts and 1GB mobile web) even though I had 3 months left on my current 18 months contract. Its also worth remembering that you get free calls to other Virgin mobiles (up to 3000 mins) and you can phone Virgin mobiles for free from a Virgin Media landline. Virgin Customer Services are excellent and have been most helpful. Also organised Blackberry Curve 8520 on same deal (£10 month, 50 mins, 250 texts and 1GB mobile web) to start from delivery on 23rd Dec (Xmas pressie for my daughter). You can have up to 4 of these deals per Virgin Media customer.

Dont agree, Virgin has always had the best service of any phone/internet company that I have ever used.
