3413346-uoGea.jpgTake the party outside Dust off the BBQ, grab the sunscreen (stay safe kids), and prepare for a summer to remember. The Sony GTK-PG10 Outdoor Bluetooth Party Speaker is a bit different from your average party speaker – the top folds out into a mini table with cup holders.

Don't worry about the odd spill though, it can handle it.

Brilliant sound

Wait, it gets better. When you fold it out, the sound is projected upwards and outwards, so everyone can hear the party tunes. Genius.

Place it on the ground or mount it onto a tripod so the sound reaches even further. Or bring it inside and pop it next to the sofa for the cup final.

Party anywhere

You don't have to trail your extension lead from the house. The PG10 has a 13-hour battery that'll see the party through from beginning to end, and even provide the soundtrack to the post-party clean-up.

Control from your phone

Don't spend the party glued to your speaker. Use the Fiestable app and take control of the music from anywhere. You can take requests and queue them up or dial up the bass, all from your phone.

Plus, you can pair up to 3 phones via Bluetooth and mix up the playlist with your friends.

You may get more offers depending on what you had in mind for a happy ending
There's no indication of how it's charged. Anyone have any info?

I found a manual that show's it's actually figure 8 (IEC C7) which I think is a thoughtless choice considering it's designed to be used outside and have liquids placed on top but I guess they know more about the internals than I do. I would have thought USB C would have been a better choice as this speaker seems like it would be good for a weeks worth of glamping if it could be charged by a power bank. Or USB solar panels could be an ideal fit for this as it'll sit stationary for hours.

Its charged by the earth's crust, you must dig down to the centre of the earth to charge it, hence why its so cheap to buy

That really does surprise me. I was thinking it would be something like USB C or a 240V mains input (maybe figure 8 but probably 3 pin kettle as there's a chance of liquid spillage and you'd probably want earthing in that event).
