I have the wireless 260 and am very pleased with it, not sure if this is the cheapest the 60 has been but it's still a fantastic price!
They have the Philips HTL2160/12 reduced to £86 in sainsbury's which also has bluetooth streaming too

£11.49 saving isn't worth going to a Philips audio product. They need to stick to shavers... Heat for the Sony.

To be honest, was one of those whilst walking around the store.....ooooh what does that do lol.
I had a look at does seem to be the cheapest on here for a while and does seems cheapest when I used google shopping.
Either way, I thought it was a good price.

Excuse me, but the Philips is priced at £129.99 so it's a bit more of a saving than £11.49!!

Also if you actually try one out they sound really good.
I've been waiting for the HT-CT660 to come out as it has HDMI in/out. Currys have it for £350 and I've seen it listed online as "Instore only" at £278 when I Google it but that it so far.
now showing out of stock on their website

I think what they are saying is you may as well spend the extra £11.45 for the Sony

Not the saving of original Phillips price

Personally, unless the Sony has much better sound quality than the Philips I would rather have the Philips because of the integrated Bluetooth. I use it all the time to stream music from my phone
For this price you can get a 5.1 system which offers much better sound

The point of soundbars isn't price, it's space and the lack of it.
I have to say that you cannot replicate a 5.1 in a soundbar. I have the htct260 and yes it's excellent but its not a full 5.1 system.

Take wireless speakers. Sony 5.1 with wireless speakers would cost around 380 quid

I picked 2 up from the Castle Vale store last night. I must say, im impressed.
Got 1 last night - returned it today, cables too short for a decent height wall mount and when I looked at all the wires decided to keep an eye out for built in sub.. Decent kit though
