wonderful little computer, cheapest price I could find
especially since it seems most places don't have it in stock anymore.
Incredibly easy to set it up, just make sure you have blank DVDs handy
to create the recovery disks.
Argos delivery was also superfast, i received it the next day.

Don't know if this is eligible for the free £10 voucher when spending over £100
as I ordered this day before the promotion started (aaargh).

Looks nice, need a new PC as my old one is dying faster than I can fix it.

You should probably add tags and an Image.

]Specs from Sony site.

thanks for the tips.

Waaay overpriced. Yes I know it's not an ATX form factor PC but still for what you're getting it's a ripoff. Sony are the Apple of the Windows world. You pay for the nice design but at the end of the day it's no better made than any other PC out there you could buy. For that money I could build a decent gaming PC which would do just about everything better than this PC.

I used to work for a Sony service centre so I know just how craptastic Sony build quality is on their IT stuff.

i know you can get many computers out there with better specs for this price
but for an all-in-one, this is a great price
unless you want an asus.

In terms of price comparison seems cheap compared to others.
In terms of functionality and value for money its quite a rip off...
The spec is one of a low end, budget PC. I personally couldn't justify, or be prepared to pay £200-300 more simply to have the screen and components built into one unit. Which would also mean losing all the flexibility, upgradibility, and cooling options that you can get with a standard PC.

Love the phrase
"Be like no other"

looks like a imac to me, in fact the keyboard looks almost identical.

Good Price

Some will want this because of the look - ie in a lounge/dining room it is stylish more Apple Mac looking than a standard PC.

On the other side of the coin, i have been a Vaio user for about a decade and have never had a single issue with any pc or laptop

Of course and that's not to say every Vaio or VA 10 as some people call them is a piece of crap, just saying that they're not worth the rather large price premium you pay.

Comet was selling the Pink version for £699 delivered a few weeks back.

Model is now obsolete (JS2 is out). If you are thinking of buying the new one, get this one instead, as it is much much better value for money.

Theses are very very nicely made. Only thing I don't like about them is the optical drive, it's very flimsy when ejected (I can see that breaking off).

Yup, that would be because Apple copied that style of flat 'isolated' keyboard off Sony.
