Sony every time for me but Sharp (UMC) has the Tesco extras that you might consider useful?

I was looking at this other day, also sold in John Lewis so you could get price match and 5 year warranty

Can you play usb stocks / hdd boxes on this this?

John Lewis are showing price match at £239 on this set with 5-year warranty - would they lower it to £149?

Different seller - Tesco is OOS.

JL rejected my price match and based it on the Box price of £237.99

I'd say that £150 for a 720p TV is about right regardless of brand.

Me too. Told them it was sold by tesco when I submitted it

Gutted, £237.99 now :-(
