Not sure what planet you are on but prices are hardly stupidly low , quick google shows you that:roll: infact dixons still work out more expensive

Wouldnt trust buying from Dixons anyway i spent over a grand on a plasma they send me a used one , replacement sent then became faulty , dixons took almost 2 months to pick up and refund , and only did this after threat of legal action.

Its a great price considering john lewis are selling the same tv for over £1000. They are still selling the older model the w5710 for £900, so £700 for this is great:thumbsup:

Not a bad price for this set given that it has only recently been released.

I don't think much of the other prices Dixons are offering though and going by with what A-n-d-y said, I'd not trust their service too much.

By the way ut745, the W5710 isn't an older model, it is exactly the same model as the W5810 just with a Freeview tuner!

Better to have a plasma for this money almost Panny 42 pvp 600mhz money.

the planet i'm on is that the Sony freesat TVs are currently retialing much higher than these prices - the 40" is going for over £800 on most websites - £827 on Amazon and the only difference is a slightlly better contrast ratio - definately not worth the extra £127
