Thought this might be a good deal because it's normally like £17. And the only other place I can find this item for £15 is ebay which contains many fakes.

Its unfair the white ones are always at 17.99 lol

Great earphones. voted hot.

As OP says, eBay is littered with fakes of these. Sellers of fakes often have excellent feedback, because consumers don't realise they have bought fakes.
I suspect that people who don't think these earbuds sound good are people who have unknowingly been using fakes. The fakes sound very muddy.

That being said, originals arent perfect. After about a year the right earbud will die. This has happened to me with all 3 pairs I owned. All store bought from John Lewis. Seems to happen to others too, from what I've read on various forums.

I now have some £75 EX-90-SL, which are great after a little bass mod involving selotape and a pin!

All my earphones seem to die out, I've had like 4 mp3 players; one of which is an iPod which left died out; 2 walkman mp3 player, one right earphone died and other one left. 2 phillips earphones which both the right died and the story goes on. But the best earphone for me that hasn't yet broke is my Sony Ericsson Walkman ones which i've owned for nearly a year.

i have these had them for over two years and sound is still good

had 3 of these all wore out within 6 months not worth it .

Does it not have warranty?

Good sounding headphones but the rubber cable is not built well enough. will start pealing off (see amazon reviews on these). I would recommend the creative EP's instead

RowanDDR, I've got some of these, too... I'm curious about the sellotape mod, though. Can you PM me with some details, please?

Thanks.
