Top quality player. Is this the one with SonicStage though?

looks like a nice little player. there's also ]this one which might suit some people better than the pink, a black one with 8gb of memory for £69.99

this is from one of the reviews for the BLACK one....

"I previously bought the older version of this player about a year ago and it was a complete hassle having to transfer songs due to Sony's Sonicstage conversion program.

This newer version allows the drag and drop option which is genuis"

this is from the spec of the PINK:

Supplied accessories:

Headphones (MDR-EX082)
Headphone exention cable
USB cable
Software (SonicStage CP 4.3, Image Coverter 3)
Quick start guide (full instruction manual is included on the CD-ROM)

seems the pink has it and the black doesn't.

Is it a pain to use then?

Do these output video to a TV display?

pink is the new black - we like pink:-D:-D

The 806 model is the SonicStage version i.e. you have you use the Sony software to convert your MP3's to play on the player. The 816 model (regardless of the colour) is the model which allows the simple drag and drop. The current best value one I have found is a black 8GB version on Amazon at £69.99 (the 4GB black one on Amazon is £57.99)

Totally agree, my daughter would die for the pink one. just thought the more manly of HUKD members might like an alternative... lol
