It's gone up again to £87.99 at amazon, hence the fact I searched for this one

Price is back up to £87.99 at Amazon.

£86.12 if you use the lower vat promotion. Depends if you want before Xmas

I just wish that PC World/ curry still price matched amazon......

Can anyone recommend a Mains to USB adapter for these, so it doesn't need to be plugged into a PC to charge? TIA!

The only one I can find is this one:

Sony Walkman Charger but I can only find one on a certain 'marketplace site'

I recently bought this one:

AC Adaptor for WALKMAN for my sister's NWZ-A818 Walkman for £14.99 from Play.com but it says on Play that it's only compatible with the NWA Walkmans :?

The Sony site says the Sony ACNWUM50 is compatible with 'Sony Walkmans'.

I've tried every which way on the Sony website to try and discoverer if the Sony ACNWUM50 charger works with this player, but I'm still not sure. I'm going to email them to make sure.

EDIT: I just tried emailing them and it came up with this answer for me:

So I can only assume that the £14.99 one from play would be fine

Thanks for that! I did find one at Amazon, but it was a bit more money. I hadn't come across your model before. Thanks very much!

Edit: site wouldn't let me give you more rep so soon! Sorry!

I just got this reply from the people at Sony (which totally contradicts what it says on their site :x )

Thank you for your recent e-mail received on 29/11/2008 03.19 PM.

In response to this, I can confirm that the Sony AC-U50A is compatible with your Sony NWZ-S639FB. The Sony AC-NWUM50 is model specific

I looked up the Sony AC-U50A and it's also available from Play(through 'Playtrade') for £13.50 delivered. Sorry for any confusion, but I was going by what it said on the Sony site :?

I've just ordered one of these from Amazon.
Can anyone recommend a good 'kitchen' docking/speaker system for this item, preferably with a digital radio, budget upto £250, A bedroom one would also be handy.

Can anyone tell me how well this works with itunes? - I do not have any drm tracks from itunes but all my music is in itunes & has cover art from the itunes store or pasted from IE?

Is there a good, protective case available for these?

Is there a good, protective case available for these?

Any news on anyone receiving one yet? I have just put my order in with Dabs
