Sony PlayStation VR Skyrim and move controller bundle - £331 at US Amazon

Found 19th Feb
A decent bundle with the 2 move controllers and Skyrim game.

$349 but after shipping and duties / taxes the price comes up to either $447.68 (in dollars) or £331 GBP .

You may get a better conversion rate if paying in dollars (depending on card provider). Today's rate was working out £318 if paying in dollars.

I'm tempted but what are your thoughts ?

My thoughts would be to wait until near Easter time. I am desperate for a PSVR bundle myself but I think by Easter there should be some deals coming up for V2 (that is what I want to get since V1 had some silly design flaws). I am not knocking the deal and I did vote hot, but at the same time I am looking at you... Argos!
FYI this will include the new v2 move controllers, and as far as I know if the only way to get them in the West

Hopefully sooner. The current reductions in the US (Amazon, Gamestop, Best Buy, etc) are all a Sony promotion currently being run. Hopefully the EU should see a drop inline with the recent one we saw, offering V2 units.

Nice. I need to start saving money then. I hope Argos does one of those carzy bundles too.

My thoughts exactly , hence I didn't bite, felt the import duties and taxes sort of killed it off. I'm all good with the cold votes - needed a second opinion to sway me away for a while.
Is this any better

ebay.co.uk/itm…691

Import taxes have to be added

V2 by the way

I'm not sure why this got so much slack. Its actually not a bad deal with camera and move controllers. not that its going to make much difference but have some heat from me.

That doesn't have the move controllers.

I am also waiting till easter for the price drop.
Can get the Doom bundle v2 for £284.56 from Amazon US

This bundle is V2? Therefore this not a good price given the move controllers included? I'm tempted to bite too as I don't already have Ps4 camera and only have 1 move controller.

A bit of criticism is good. It seems like a decent deal but still expensive in my op
I'm still very tempted to go for it...

Looking at the most recent deals, my thoughts are:

£200 for a used V1 and the deal goes scorching
£245 ish for a new V1 + GT (worth around £20) goes hot (although now expired)

Or £322 ish for a new V2 + Skyrim (worth around £25) + 2 move controllers (worth around £55 - probably more given they're the latest version).

So this deal is £77 ish more expensive than the GT bundle, but it's a V2 headset and you get the 2 move controllers.
How can you tell if its the old model? By the bundle?

Those were initially my thoughts , however , I'm still gonna hold out. If it was £300 I would've snapped it up.
I bet they forget the UK and won’t bring the offers over
