Other post was £153 for V1 you're paying a good difference for a camera and possibly V2.

Unsure if it's that great of a deal.

Yeah the camera can be had for £30 new/£25 used so even if this is V2 that's still a good bit extra.
I'm looking into getting one, are there any good games yet or should I wait a while.

Dust collector. Which is a real life game that requires unused devices that sit on a shelf or in a draw etc. Rather compatible with a lot of devices. Seems to get a lot of support from the services as new dust spawns every few days!

Are you for real? So it's not worth buying then?
Anyone know the rough going price for a version 1, brand new in sealed box? UK version.

I've not owned one. But out of the few games I've heard are worth it. There's not much to offer.

Should check the library of games you're interested and let that help you decide. For me I can only count 2 games I'd try (re7 and Skyrim vr).

Have a peep and see what takes your fancy. The likes of Skyrim VR, Resident Evil 7, Farpoint, Moss, Arizona Sunshine, Until Dawn Rush of Blood, Eve Valkyrie, Star Trek, The Inpatient, Megaton Rain Fall, Doom VFR, Superhot VR, Rigs, 100ft Robot Golf, Accounting to name a few are all out now.

Then you have Ace Combat, Rick & Morty, Contagion VR, Golem, Blood & Truth, Dreams, Star Child, The Persistence, are yet to release. Plus with E3 in less than 3 months time am sure Sony and 3rd paty developers will announce even more games.

I suppose you do have a point. I like re7 and Skyrim I haven't played (please don't slate me for that)! I did play Skyrim some years back on pc but ever since the damn thing broke down , I've lost my passion for starting all over again from scratch! The other games don't look as appealing but I wouldn't mind giving that farpoint and bravo game a go. I think I'll wait tbh, maybe end if the year or next year. I still wanna get an Xbox one x though.

Bravo team looked great in the previews. But it's one of the worst titles to ever be released.
It looks rushed, buggy and down right broken.

I would've added that game to my list, as I was excited to see it do well. But it is just bad.

Think most reviews are putting it around 4/10.

For gaming, I'd say a ps4 + Nintendo switch is a good option.
The Xbox one X is another console that is really similar to the ps4 Pro.

4k is nice but it's not amazing unfortunately.
Only reason I'm put off from the One X. I'd end up buying something that I basically own (ps4 pro).

While the switch is a completely different thing altogether. (Lack of graphics but some quality titles).

It's funny you say that because I recently sold my OG Xbox one and stuck with the pro. I've also been in the market for a switch but prices are putting me off ! If it was around £250 ish with Zelda/Skyrim id snap it up. However , I did see a deal on eBay, switch console + Zelda + some wheel controller thing for £260 - But thought it's probably too good to be true.... last time I purchased a dualshock 4 v2 controller for a bargain price, only to be told the sellers account was hacked! Maybe I should've gone for it .

I got my switch for £160 but was just console, usb C lead and joycon grips and wrist straps. Off shpock.

Guy sold his sister his dock and sold me the console.

This was back around September last year, the day Mario Odyssey came out.
I don't really have intentions to use the dock, so was a right bargain for me.

Can recommend Mario & Rabbids, Skyrim, mk8, xenoblade chronicles 2, Mario Odyssey.
Wasn't a big fan of Zelda botw, plays well but didn't feel like a Zelda game as at all (played on Wii U).
I got mine at £220 brand new when ebay had 20% off everything in Jan.. I love it.. Superhot, resident evil, doom, farpoint, rush of blood, all great games. Not purchased anymore yet.. Had bravo team but it was really really bad so sold it on.. Even tho I love it I wouldn't pay £350 for it brand new.

Don't take advice from someone who doesn't have one lol.. They don't have a clue
I have just received my VR and it’s a V1.
Really annoyed as I’ve paid over the odds for the unit.
The original page I clicked on and then went to the used section said it was a V2.
I’m sending it back and giving them a gob full!!
20% discount still being applied btw
They sent me the v1 version

Not worth it for secondhand V1’s

Yeah, I had a right moan. Said it was false advertising
Mine came today & was V1 too Called Amazon but they just said to send back for refund as cannot exchange warehouse items.... Dammit, fell for the 20% off trick!!
Ordered and V1 received
.
Has anyone received the V2? Not that I know the difference between the two!
