Just The light bar on the v2 you can see the light bar at the top of the keypad, while in the v1 its at the front where you can't really see it.... I think

Not much really, light bar, usb connection instead of Bluetooth if you want, pads feel better to me
Absolutely hot deal. Whats not to like with the extra warranty 😁
Any deals on the crystal version?
I've seen various reports from people saying the V2 controller power lasts longer than the original controller. Anybody here tried the two who agree with this?

The link above comparing the two says it's the same battery, so I doubt they will be any different..

I bought a 3m long-length lead for the PS3 Controller to charge it while using it, will this controller accept the same input?

No. The PS4 controllers require a micro usb connection, where as the PS3 is mini usb

Of the battery is better, it's very minimal. The main differentiating feature really is that it's lower latency when plugged in with a cable. If you play games where response times are crucial.
Been waiting for PS4 controller discount! Heat

I use both models reguIarly. No difference. What might be happening is people "feel" like it's lasting longer just because it's new. Also, they may have an older V1 which by now may well have a battery thats become battered over the months/years so the new controller battery is lasting longer, but not because of a new model controller, just being a new battery.
Can the new controller be connected to PS3 via USB supported connection?
