Use a screwdriver and not a needle (_;)

All have scratches to the screen.

Heat I suppose - but aren't these like 8 years old now? (I paid that for one at a car boot sale last week - it came with 16 games!)

Unless it is charged and you can see it working

I am sort of after one. But I want a minimum of an E2000 with no screen scratches.

(Want to get the Megaman and Megaman X remakes and the Capcom Classics Remixed / Reloaded / Japanese remake of Ultimate Ghosts n Goblins / Star Soldier / Galaxy Fraulein Collection / Gunhound EX / SNK Arcade Classics 1 & 0 / PC Engine Best Collection: Soldier Collection)

Cannot really get a Vita without messing about with both the normal and Japanese PSN (Even then too many are still UMD only).

Much less none ported stuff on the Vita.

To be honest I haven't used it - I turned it on and went to set it up and discovered I would have to compromise my wireless security to connect it up. It did have an 8GB memory stick in it too...

Does it only use WEP ?

I use my PSP quite a bit and it has never gone online. I was under the impression that there was not much available for it online now anyway. Just stick a load of games/emulators on the memory card and away you go.

Top console

Don't bother with the PSP Go; it's too small and fiddly in my opinion. The 2000 was arguably the best model and benefitted from a bump in memory from the 1000 models.

You could connect another wireless receiver to your network and isolate it by using a different IP range

Can you put 3ds emulators on this to play pokemon...? And it has to be Luis not stuttery ones with high fps..

will this version be bricked if modded? and is the memory card included?

yep, same for all PSP's and the GO too

pity they never bothered to add WPA

Bought one a few months ago from ebay , love it should have bought one a long time ago lol , crisis core, dissidia , silent hill etc etc worth every penny.

I remember wanting one of these back in the day (the original came out in 2004!), there are lots of uses it can be tasked with... GPS, Skype, internet browser, media player (CEX are selling the wired remote for 20p + P&P) and the biggest seller for me recently was the remote play option - something I want to tinker with...

Always buy my cds from estocks. V reliable seller

These are the best portable emulation machines! Helped me through many a night shift

pandoras aren't needed anymore, can be done with just a memory card or built in (psp go)

Nice, heat added. Picked up a white one to go with my black psp 1000. Really lovely devices.

AR2012

Heres a mod guide

That's a really long guide which, while comprehensive, would actually put me off. A shorter, simpler, easier route for most users would be:

- update to official 6.60
- copy 6.60 PRO-B to memory card (or PRO-C if they ever released it)
- when you want to use homebrew, load the PRO firmware from XMB

This method doesn't allow you to use homebrew that required the 1.50 kernel, but the vast majority of stuff works and you can still use the official firmware to access PSN without an issue.

cool, bought one with my nectar points and my ebay voucher from last week.

Just 3 left!

syphon filter 1 and 2 were awesome online!

White and Pink still in stock as per comment 1

great!! cheers!!

If anyone's interested in an almost new PSP-3000 let me know. I never really used it, figured a Vita would be better suited for me.

I remember paying £179.99 for this on release, should have held out for this price drop

Nope, not the screen, the fascia, the screen is actually underneath the fascia, third party fascias are dirt cheap to buy.

I had good good times with PSP around 2007-2010...

I used to MOD PSP's for free.. download games... emulators.. customise it ... all sorts!!

even had my own YouTube channel showing how to do these things... had 5K subscribers then account got taken down LOL

I was distraught!

Hot deal - soon to be superceded by a £1 fake beard
