great deal

great price, hope others drop more

This is the cheapest you'll find it for a while I'd say. Get it quick.

Sony have announced at gamescom that they are dropping the memory card prices, you should all wait.

They have only officially dropped for US. They said that Europe won't have an official RRP price drop and they'll leave it up to the retailers to decide the prices. Plus, if you go by the US retail prices (20% off) it would effectively be £44.99 RRP. Therefore, if you need to play PS+ games and need a card in the next month, I can see this being the best price.

That is if you've never shopped at Tesco before, then you can get it for £40 but then you have to get it delivered to store. This Sainsburys deal will deliver to your door.

If you want to go it cheaper and will be passing a Tesco. Although you'll have to be a new customer.

And who in this day and age would be a 'new' Tesco customer? Plus you'd have to pay for delivery if you were to match this offer.

Almost ordered this at the previous price of £54.99 last week. Good deal ...

No worries, didn't mean to offend. Just feel sorry for the OP, considering there are about 5 Tesco vita card offers on the site at the minute. Personally I think this Sainsbury's deal is the best.

Shame Flubit only do Amazon now.

I bought at 32gb card a while back for £55. I felt really sick paying that much for a 32gb card but once I got it and installed all my PSN and cross play games it was like having a new machine. Being able to flick in and out of my games on the card without messing with those fidly game cartridges really was great. I started to buy digital copies of my cartridges when they went really cheap just for convenience.
Anyone with a 4 or 8gb card and a few games on their PSN account should really grab this deal. I bought another at this price. Heat added

Decent price but I am in no hurry for a memory card just yet.

Hot, still overpriced but ill bite at this price, going on an 11hour flight in october and my 8GB card is meaning i have to make hard dhoices on what games to take. with a 32GB ill be taking them all!!!

Was going to wait for the official price drops but this is already much lower than RRP

THanks

nooo got this for just over £50 on flubit a couple of months ago

but great to see its finally going down

Good deal but where is the content?

Europe gets a raw deal? What a shocker :).

Bought for £55 from sainsburys about 2 months ago and havent looked back but its a great deal for others now

Brilliant price. I have a 16gb which I feel is plenty as can have 3 or 4 big games and a few little ones at a time but as 16gb isn't half this price you might as well go for this.

I don't know why this is so hot for £42.99! I know that it is almost 50% off and that it is the cheapest it has been, but the memory cards should be already cheaper than this at launch and while I desperately need more than 16GB storage capacity, I certainly won't be spending £42.99 on 32GB worth of storage! Crazy!

Thank you for your insight, this deal is for people who want a 32gb memory card not for people like you to post the same tired b.s about how expensive it is(we got it after the first million times similar comments have been posted on vita memory card deals over the past year or so).

Given that the 32gb card was always £55, its nowhere near 50% off.

I would hold off buying now, Sony announced at Gamescom this week they'll soon be lowering the prices of all memory cards...

Thanks for the new direction on the subject.

Dread to think how much one of these actually cost to produce

Great news and great price but I really want an amazon price match as I have vouchers.

people forget that one of the reasons sony went down this route is because of the revenue they were losing due to hacking.psp was hacked with people doing things on the memory card

I read just last night that the vita is being reduced along with the memory cards so might be worth waiting a while anyway. I bought the mega bundle ( 8gb and 10 games) and just have a couple of games on it at a time. I would never end up completing anything if i could have all my games on it.

doh! just read the post only 4 comments up.
