I have one and it's brilliant. The supplied headphones are the annoying ones where the left ear has a short lead and the right a long one but you can use any headphones. If your phone has NFC then pairing is simply a case of turning on NFC and touching this to the phone. The controls work fine with my phones music player, Spotify, Blinkbox Music and MX player as well as for answering calls. Obviously I am using an Android device so cannot comment on iPhone support.

Bought two as gifts used on a HTC and iPhone super headsets

its been this price for several weeks now i'm waiting for it to come down to round a tenner or eleven. not voting

Second this. I paid 20 odd for it and after putting it through the washing machine I got another. Wouldn't be without it now.

I actually prefer the asymmetric cord, perfect for the gym, the set for my MW700 broke and the regular buds I'm using get in way constantly. I'd consider this if my current one wasn't perfectly fine. Hot.

Use it at the gym no problems and does what it's supposed to. Good price.

For those who use it at the gym, does the square bit have a clip on it?

I used to own an ipod nano that has a large clip on the back that made it easy to clip on to my tshirt while at the gym.

I got a pair awhile back from Amazon and they're superb, the battery tends to last around 6 hours of constant playback which is also pretty good. On a side note, does anyone know where I can get a decent pair of shorter earphones like the ones supplied with these? I lost the pair that came with mine and most earphones have really long cables which is a bit of a nuisance.

It has a clip, not quite like the one on the nano however. There are pictures if you go to the website.

Purchased one a while at around the £20 mark. The multipoint connectivity works great, if listening to media on one device while receiving a call on the 2nd device linked it will pause the first device untill the call is over. Also can be used connected to speakers with aux to make them bluetooth enabled.

The only down side i have found is that it cannot be used while charging.

Had nothing but issues with these and my Sony Xperia M2 although I think it's probably the phone at fault!

I'll wait for this to drop a bit more, and keep it as a spare in case my MW600 decides to give up one day.

*Also, for those who have lost/broken their original headphones supplied with these, look on eBay for a MH-500 or HPM-77 from Sony Ericsson; you could ditch the supplied connectors and attach the separate headphone cable to yours. I did it, and it works a treat!

What is the point of this device exactly when you still need to use wired earphones?

I have had one of these for over a year and they are definitely worth the £28 I paid for them. The headphones are surprising good. Voted HOT and bought 2 from this deal!

Could people who own this explain what the benefits are? (other than for gym use). You'll still have running wires, but now you'll have an additional device to carry around? thanks

Well it certainly stops the problem of having a headphone cord dangling alway up the front of your body! or in my case running it from my phone(in my pocket) up the inside of my shirt and then to my ears, while all along the skip/volume buttons are further down and not accesible. With this I can put my device in a larger pocket of my workwear and connect with all the controls at my disposal

Ordered mine, heat added

Lol, nice review

seems like the lime green one is available on Amazon at a similar price.

Am i right in saying these are the same product? The model number is the same, just the colour is different.
Hope this helps someone out

this clips on you, clothing/round neck, so doesn't cross over and restrict arms.
take out your phone and IT has no wires, try using phone with wire attach to head, not good.
don’t have to have phone on person, keep in bag, on side, charging etc.
Also good for PC, walk into another room still listening to iplayer, talking on skype, and you can pause etc, PC from headset.
but....
mine, had for many years, a Motorola S705, which does the same thing, is 50m range, this is only 10m, and it has an FM radio, which is nice if you run out of recorded content.

Model number's the same. Reviews look good.

I got one a few months ago, haven't used it much. The bundled headphones are rubbish, it works well however with others, but unless you have some with a short cable (or with a removable cable) I find it annoying to have to tuck 1m of cable inside my shirt. The clip is very strong, which is good, but sometimes it's hard to attach it to softer fabrics. I got this for cycling (since most bluetooth headphones are either in-ear or closed and block off too much sound), but I'm looking for alternatives now.

great headset. I use it with my z3, people can hear me clearly on calls. used for driving and at work plus music streaming, great quality.

remote takes stand headphone jack if you wanted to use different headphones or aux into speaker system for a way to connect a wireless device to a stereo.
mic built in remote.
Unfortunately no voice control facility through it but that's minor for the money. can still answer and hang up calls with the remote.

£13.90 for yellow and £15.39 for black on eBay for those seeking an alternative price etc.

Also...the yellow one has yellow remote and white headphones with green buds (Brazil World Cup edition) and the black ones also have best offer available on them. Both prices include postage.

I have one of the precursors to this, the MW600, and connect it to the aux in on my car stereo, then I put my phone in the dashboard mount and bingo, a cheap Bluetooth car stereo set up.

That's a neat idea
Does this also work while it is being charged ? It should be possible to get one and have it permanently plugged into the car ?

How does this setup work with calls though? its exactly what I want to do but is the unit clever enough to recognise the car has no mic connected, and force the phone to send audio through the speakers but use the phones mic?

I do the exact same already with a cheap eBay unit that doesn't pass through voice calls.

White on Amazon £19.75

Does this work for PS4?

Why would you want to use this with PS4? You plug your earphones into controller.

The unit itself has a microphone built in, so calls would be able to use that mic, unless manually overrided where it would use the phones microphone instead.

I hear u .. not sure if your aware, but, your Amazon link states £17.21?, whereas the OP's one is only £15.79 in comparison? (including the same free P&P?), your much more likely to get it for the tenner u desire at 7dayshop then u are at Amazon, at this current rate still? lol.

Bought one, thanks OP.

nice

Bought the Yellow ones from Amazon for a splash of colour in the house.

Thanks OP :-)
