2400w ,neighbours will love that !

Cheap and nasty

Wow that would look nice in my living room. (puts tongue firmly in cheek).

Bet seriously who is buying this crap?

why cold? this system elsewhere ~700quid
Seen this while ago and its really impressive

Voted hot for the price, not my thing but if you like flashing lights and ridiculous power outputs i'm sure it's great. Love to know how Sony think they have managed to get 2400w rms from a 320w power draw

It's great to use for party's if your a wannabe up and coming dj

Got a point.
Old school days have seen twice loud hi-fi with only 100w labels on each of the speakers.
I need someone to explain things to me (too).

huh? :s 2400w im blown away

No chance these are outputting those insane wattages. I've heard this system and it sounds like crap. Not a scratch on my little monitor audio bx2 speakers for sound quality.

Yep, the looming energy crisis can be averted, we'll just daisy chain a few of these babies together and generate megawatts :-)

Hot deal. I ordered 500,000 of them to power my flux capacitor. I'll also be able to listen to Huey Lewis and The News at the same time.

2400 watts hahahahaha
A ridiculous figure no doubt arrived at via a theoretical peak burst sustainable for a thousandth of second into fantastically low impedance load (that could never exist in the real world)
Ask this to delivery the current required for more than 2 thousandths of a second and you will have your own (very hot) £500 door stop.
I suspect (but don't know) that this sort of thing would be pushed to put out 20 clean watts into an 8 ohm load.

£500 wow!

Maybe the electrons in the wires are absorbing the energy from the photons emitted from all the flashing lights

Read the spec its 4 x 600 rms! More than enough to make yourcears bleed

WOW I must sell my NAD C370 120 watt amp for this Sony I bet its way better

I was at costcos and it was on display i put it on full vol i was death for thew minutes
