A great smartwatch. I bought the white strap as I think it looks better, but not cheap. Good find OP.
How long does the battery last on one of these?
Cheers!
according to Sony website 2 days.

I did the same; the white strap, although still a dust magnet, looks cleaner for longer without constantly wiping it down. Also the white strap shows less wear. Have you had the same experience with the black strap - when continually worn under a work shirt it appears to be wearing away the stop sides of the strap?.

I get 2 days use from a full charge. And I use it quite a lot.
Heavy GPS use runs the battery down, but 2 days normal use. Great watch though. Swim, ghostrunner, wear media and vimogolf all recommended.

Hey Simon, where did you get the replacement strap please? I was hoping not to spend £30 on it!

I confess that this is blatantly advertising a deal I posted but it is a valid alternative-

I have had mine since August last year and I consistently charge it every other night, though it always has power left. Google Fit defaults to ON and that burns through power, so I keep it off (step counter). Got mine for £85 net of cashback and am very pleased with it.

OK. Great price though.
I confess I didnt try this way but in small writing under the Add credit it says pay with credit/debit card. Not sure if it would then remove the discount code. Defo work a try.
Do not apply for an account if you had a credit account with them before, the code will not work.

Worked for me? after I re signed up it said I already had an account in the past so they re opened it for me?
7% Quidco for new customers, though may end up declined if you use a voucher code.
Yey. Been looking at this watch for ages. Finally took the plunge. Thanks op, and especially teaganmarievaretta for the £30 discount code!!!
I like mine a lot. GPS is poor for tracking runs though...it thinks I'm scaling buildings and wading rivers.

As a thin wristed lad it's a good size too...not too chunky

I am putting code 6TFEF into the promo code box and it comes up as invalid. Anyone else having any joy? Do you have to sign up for a credit account as this appears to be what the code was originally for?

Yes, that is exactly right
I too struggled with this. You signup for the account first. It then offers you the opportunity to pay in three separate payments, but, on the right of the screen you will see an option to pay in full. I paid by paypal and it looks like it charged me £62.99 so I'm over the moon!

I'll give it a miss then - don't do credit cards, credit accounts etc....

I use it all the time and a 1-2 hours run/ride using GPS seems to not drain too much battry over and above normal daily use. I'll check it next time I use it.

Replaced it within a week. Seems like the same plastic but as you say dust/fibres just stick like glue. They aren't very durable.

It originally had a problem due to sweat affecting the reading somehow, but an update appears to have fixed it for me. It is pretty much the same as my phone for recording distance and route etc.
