These are barely worth it at that price.
dont waste your money i wasted mine
Seems all these techi-bands aren't as accurate as we were let to believe
Got one from Argos. Latest update broke it and wasted 3 says. Bought xiomi mi band for a tenner and it worked straight off
crap and inaccurate stopped using mine

Depends, is it consistently the same kind of inaccuracy? You shouldn't have to - but at least if it's out the same +/- a small margin you could track your progress still. I'd like a smart band for the sleep functions but a bit weary of how good they can be this low down.
I have one.
I bought it about six months ago and I use it every day.
I bought it primarily because it was cheap, just to test the concept.
Mine stopped working after a month or so. Contacted Sony and they replaced it within a couple of days. It's been working fine since.
I use it for tracking my sleep and it's perfect for that. I don't track my sleep for scientific reasons and I don't need it to be accurate to the nearest micro-second :-)
The Sony LifeLog application has been far behind the competition but it has vastly improved recently and they have now added big-data analysis so you can see how your activities (walking, sleeping,...etc) compare against others.
Because of the SWR10, I now like the idea and I'm thinking of buying a Pebble SmartWatch.
My daughter has a Xiomi Mi, which offers a slightly better functionality but doesn't look as good.
Highly recommended for the price. I paid a bit more for mine. Heat added.
i bought one, used it... lost it... wouldn't buy again, so easily comes off

I have the Pebble Time Steel. The watch is great and I also use it for activity and sleep tracking - I'm using the Misfit app for that. One thing to bear in mind is that; if you wear it all day and all night like me, there's not much chance to charge it! I've been charging it for about 20 minutes each morning whilst I shower and get dressed. This seems to be enough to keep it topped up, but I'm not sure if it's good for the battery.

What's better than a Pebble when it comes to battery life? - all other smart watches last for 1-2 days only, even the mega-expensive Apple watch.

It's fine for the battery. The only thing that kills the batteries is overcharging -- and all standard devices have safeguards that manage that very nicely.

From looking around the Pebble Steels battery seems to be quite a bit worse than the normal Pebbles.

The only issue these days is if you consistently let the battery go flat
I'm guessing this doesn't show the time? Unlike the latest edition.
its pedometer is awful but I use it quite a bit for the vibrate alarm so when I have an early start I can get up without waking the wife
These things are all about the software. Sony mobile make consistently bad software. So I'd avoid it!

The battery lasts 10 days on my Pebble Time Steel - that's not the problem . The problem is finding time to charge it when you want to wear it 24 hours a day

I have the Pebble TIME Steel, it has a bigger battery and longer life than the Pebble TIME, Pebble Steel and Pebble Classic (10 days vs 7 days for all the others)

Have just looked at the Mi but it doesn't vibrate for messages or other notifications so, in that sense, it has less functionality than the Sony.
Just ordered the Sony myself after looking at both.
