Should do.

Great smartwatch. aided by decent android apps.

I really like mine, had it over a year and still don't feel like replacing it.

Battery life is decent 2-3 days. Plus the micro USB port is a major bonus, you don't need a special cradle.

Is there a newer version of this? I'm not really a smart watch person but I'd be tempted. Any up and downs since you've had plenty time to test it

You got a link for this?

I've been looking for a smart watch in recent months and it looks like the SW4 is due in the next few months (according to speculative websites with no evidence).

At the Amazon Warehouse price I'd be tempted, but I'd still rather go the whole hog and spend £225 on the Huawei Watch

No its still the current version. Still gets the latest Android Wear updates.

It just behaves well. I really use it just for alerts and the like.

Its a nice extension to my phone.

First off, it's a good deal.
But it's Geek wear. Better off with the new Fitbit Charge hr2. This hasn't got a heart rate monitor.

Not quite. It's still running Android Wear 1.0 and I've not seen any confirmation that it will get Android Wear 2.0. That said, Sony are releasing plenty of security updates for the watch, which is still a good thing and an indication that it is likely to get Wear 2.0 at some point.

Great find OP. Fantastic watch.

great watch and great deal

I've had mine about 8 months now. I really like it but my battery life is nowhere near 3 days. I get one day out of it at best - this is partially due to my usage.... I get updates on loads of things going through it. Football scores, goals, bbc news, emails, texts, whatsapp etc The watch gets a lot of notifications. I prefer to do that and have the battery run out often as it doesn't take long to charge.

The lack of heart rate is a shame, for me I will probably upgrade when I can get the same as this with Hear rate and waterproofing so I can swim in it.

As much as I like it, this is more than I paid for it ages ago. I think I got it for £59 from Very using a code. Obviously you can't go back in time and do the same but it doesn't seem a fab price to me.

AGreed, I get a day and a half of moderate usage. Check out Watchmaker for some cool faces that you won't see on the play store

lucky if i get alerts on mine any more

Does this work with the iPhone?

JOKE!!

I know it doesn't, voted cold.

JOKE!!*

Voted hot.

*I'm not funny

I had a Samsung Gear S2, an LG Urbane then a Huawei W1 and decided that the little Sony Smartwatch was all I needed.

The Huawei was the best of the rest with a great screen but I wasn't that impressed with the vibration, felt like a pea rolling around in a small tin and it used to rattle in a 'not put together very well' way. For the money, I expected better.

But they do work with iPhones though...albeit with less functionality.

I have this watch. I wasn't too fussed about smart watches but managed to get a SW2 for £30 second hand. I found it was handy to get notifications on my wrist, and when I saw the SW3 for about £60 refurbed I upgraded. Much better than the SW2, and I get 3 days out of it IF I turn it off overnight. Starbucks app works great to pay with, and the Stocard app works well to get the barcodes of your loyalty cards up quickly rather than hunting through my wallet!

Really? Impressive. Love the Apple Watch but in this price range the Pebble still rocks and does some things better than Apple's tech. The Sony watch looks great though.

Hot. great smartwatch.

Looks like a good watch for the money, I'm just waiting for wear 2.0 confirmation before I bite... Whenever you're ready Sony

also same price on curry's. saves you having to sign up for Amazon prime

ive got the original Smartband talk and love it. Calling your mum on your phone so you can chat to her (via the watch) while clearing the house is a major bonus

lucky if i get alerts on mine any more

your social life shouldn't affect how good the watch is

Would really like to try one but spent too much lately

They seem to be doing this Amazon Prime Exclusive thing for anything they're matching prices with elsewhere, and presumably have tight margins.

I really want the ASUS Zenwatch 3... but still no idea when we'll get it in the UK or what price. Seriously considering this as a possibility for a few months... I reckon it will be summer next year before the best new Android watches come out.

Good watch but turn of wifi on it, otherwise it will drain the battery.

Ordered! Thanks OP

Thanks

all bout the s3 gear out 11th

The Huawei W1 is a great watch, the LG Urbane 2 is better if you can source one

I want one but I have skinny wrists, was looking at the 38mm apple watch, but for this price might buy just for running outdoors instead of taking phone with me, can anyone share there thoughts on the size of it.

I have skinny wrists and this fits just fine.

Cracking deal - paid a lot more 18 months ago

Yes. Use mine with my Oppo Find 7. Brilliant.

Had mine for nearly a year now - very happy with it. Handy for the notifications - find the timer countdown really useful too. Controlling Spotify from it is pretty cool too when on the train so no need to get the phone out to skip a track, or up the volume a tad.

Pretty much same size as Apple Watch. I would recommend getting the white strap. Looks a lot classier and folk ask me if it is a Apple Watch.
