The WF-C500 in-ear headphones combine truly wireless freedom with super Sony sound, secure and comfortable design, water-resistance, and long battery life with the included charging carry case.
Truly wireless listening
With two independent ear-buds fitting comfortably and securely in your ears, not a single wire gets in your way. Feel the inspiring freedom of truly wire-free listening.

Small and light
Designed small, these ear buds fit securely and comfortably in your ears. The lightweight, smooth rounded shape makes them a pleasure to wear, leaving you free to focus on what matters: your music.
Delightful listening
With Sony's Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE), high frequency sound and fine fade-out sound, musical tracks are restored for a more authentic listening experience. You can also tailor music to your own taste using the EQ setting on the Sony Headphones Connect app.

Stable Bluetooth connectivity
A Bluetooth headphones chip, which transmits sound to the left and right Bluetooth earbuds simultaneously, coupled with an optimised antenna design, ensures a stable connection and outstanding listening. Low audio latency makes for enjoyable viewing too. The Fast Pair feature for Android and Swift Pair feature for Windows 10 makes it quick and easy to pair your WF-C500 with your devices via Bluetooth.

Listen all day, charge in minutes
At full charge, these Sony true wireless headphones offer 10 hours of power, while the handy charging case provides an extra 10 hours. That means a full 20 hours of listening every time you leave the house. And if you need to top up in a hurry, a quick 10 minute charge gives you up to 60 minutes of play time.
Splash and Sweat Resistant
With an IPX4 water resistance rating, splashes and sweat won't stop these Sony earphones. So you can keep on moving to the music.

Voice assistant compatibility
The WF-C500 work with Google Assistant and Alexa devices (may depend on firmware update, available via the Headphones Connect App). Play music, hear the news, control compatible smart home devices, get answers to questions, and more, just by talking to your headphones.

These True Wireless headphones are compatible with all smart devices with Bluetooth, including from Apple, Samsung and Google, and other Android smart phone brands.

Got a pair of these yesterday and considering returning them due to the background hiss. It's fine if their's music playing but I'm finding it obvious and annoying if there's any quiet periods such as a video where someone's speaking. Seems to be mentioned in a lot of user reviews/reddit but not so much in tech site reviews.
    yours are broke m8

i had to make a decision between jabra elite 3 and this ones. I have tried both from amazon , jabra are far better , but they suffer from terrible hiss, this ones they do have a hiss but nothing close to jabra , so i end it up with seinnheiser cx. Almost identical in quality with jabra , also a bit bulky , but no hiss sound , the overall experience is far superior than jabra and sony

PS: to make it clear , since sennheiser have a bit of mess up with naming, i was talking about Sennheiser CX true wireless (edited)

Bought these around a month ago. Very happy. Excellent sound quality, comfortable, loud with good bass and well made. Exactly what you would expect from Sony, especially when it comes to headphones. For the person above complaining about hissing, maybe yours are faulty. Mine are crystal clear, no hissing whatsoever.
Thanks very much for your recent positive experience and feedback.
That gave me some confidence before using the product, otherwise i was about to return the product before even using it.

Am I missing something, these appear to be the same price in other places also

Only difference seems to be 2 year warranty
    Does it worth this price?
