    Amazing headphones and price.
Quick Qs - Why can this website sell these at a much lower price than anywhere else? Are these fake? Whats the risks purchasing from Toby Deals?

    Cheers.

They're based in HK, they get them at local prices, then import then over.
    Many like this and eGlobal.
I've used eGlobal, and had no issues.

It also says on their website 'All of the products is warehoused and shipped from Hong Kong.'

If that's the case you'll be liable for import duty, VAT and the administration costs associated with these.
Having a look at their return policy makes me cringe quite a bit lol, they've got the wireless AKG N60nc for 110 which is an absolute steal but very much debating it..
Tiptop spot & fab price @joelegs

Are there any marks on the sony box itself, that indicate where they were shipped from / through? Just wondered as the tobydeals eu forwarding warehouse is in the same place as 2 other big electrical sellers in europe, think most of it is then
bulk boxed to watford logistics center then onto RM/DPD etc.

Be interesting to see how Joe's came via dpd as assume that toby deals marked the declaration price down to get it into the DPD hub in germany from hong kong first, lovely to actually hear that someone on hukd has got their item from toby deals and had no issues with tax or import etc

Cracking! That is indeed the correct Japanese /12 box supplied in Asia outer casing, so fab they got it to you and no extra charges! What a saving Joe!

After using these for an hour I could definitely warrant paying £300 for them. As a casual- they’re unbelievably good

ordered a note 8 around xmas time. no problems what so ever and came well packaged. its the hk version but could be changed to english through inital setup. no problems what so ever with anything. charger is hk charger so google if you dont know what kind of plug that comes with.

id suggest getting insurance as post men could fuck you up
Great headphones but very low max volume on my iPhone / bluetooth.

Getting a DAP shortly so shouldn't be an issue.

I have purchased lots of imported stuff like this in the past (especially from DigitalRev).

    Never had a problem.

    Heat from me.
Great headphones and even better if your phone is running Android Oreo 8 as then the LDAC bluetooth codec will be available to you which makes them sound even better! Love mine apart from the issue of no intelligent call switching when connected to a PC & phone. Also no firmware updates but they sound so good I can live with this for the moment.
Was planning to buy these. Great deal can't resist anymore.
Got for 189 from Sony refurbished so they may have some left in stock.
Does anyone know if these work for phone calls with a cable with inline mic? Have heard background noise issues with phone calls because of sensitive noise cancelling microphones.

Using the newsletter sign up. Gets 6 pound off code. (Can't stack codes)
Hmmm eglobel have the headphones at 219.21 and possibly 10 pound off this signing up to their newsletter. But don't think I'll do this looking at both companies reviews

If you intend on frequently wearing the headphones for more than 30 minutes go with the QC35ii. Im willing to bet you won’t enjoy wearing the Sonys for more than 45minutes. Otherwise I’d go Sony for slightly better sound and Bluetooth connectivity.
