This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Just had this price matched as per another contributor earlier, but this time for £202.99

Go in store to Currys/PC World (they would not do it over the phone without having to purchase first and then re-claim money back).

Show this link from a UK based online store

gdprice.co.uk/son…9l8

They were happy to price match in Meadowhall Sheffield store.... see evidence below:

Show them a copy of that reciept and insist it has been done elsewhere. Probably more likely to match in store - they were very busy- just had a quick look at the UK contact address and that was it.
I bought a pair of wf-1000xm3 online this morning. Do you know if they can price match an online order in store?

worth trying to get John Lewis to pricematch this one?

It's normally at the mangers discretion. Best to call their customer service
They will price match 7 days from purhcase if seen elsewhere:

The refused to match gdprice for me too. They did match the £208.90 price from hastechguy
There are many other products too on the GD Price site that are cheaper than Currys.... worth trying others if needed.

Won't really work if the deal on gdprice is ending in 7 hours though?
I rang up prior to going in store and was told by the operative that they would price match GD Price - but would have to purchase and reclaim back - I was going past meadowhall on my way home so I just went in store instead - but he did say over the phone that they would match it.
Just got it for 202 with gdprice match

I managed to get it for £208 in store this morning
Well done if you get them to match GD Price. Looking at the terms page, I think they're Hong Kong based.

"Warranty Policy" link on there is to eGlobal as well.

Maybe... but unless staff in store are sent a memo from head office regarding this (and it appears they haven't been), at face value, on the webpage, it seems a UK based company. Also, as I mentioned, the guy on the phone was happy to do it. It seems to be who serves you.

Hi... Got mine for £203...price matched with techinthebasket.com...said they don't normally with this company but did....
Via live chat they refused because I was told they have researched this company before and found that their stock is not UK based.

In-store they refused because they apparently only match "major retailers" and have never heard of gdprice.

Rubbish I know, but dems was the brakes.

That is rubbish! Sorry to read this and it really makes a mockery over their pledge:

Aye, more about "don't get angry at the staff if they refuse you".

It's a grey import site from the look of things.
In-store they only checked the techin site on trustpilot and OKed it. Just got mine for £202.99
I paid the 219 from richer sounds earlier, but I've been at work since half 2 so wouldn't have had the chance to get to a currys PC world
Yep, I got refused from two different stores.
I tried techinthebasket and gdprice.
The second store manager told me: "we only price match the top 50 retailers" apparently..
Just purchased in Lowestoft at £202.99. No problem. They were so busy.
I posted this morning after I got the eglobal price match . They have a base in uk pay uk taxes curries manager checked it out with my guidance, I knew where the small print was .all good took them away with me .
Have to say first assistant couldn,t be ....ed/
John Lewis wouldn,t price any I gave them .
All purchased for £202.99, no stock in store but paid & pick them up later this week store was busy so I think they just wanted me out so they could serve the next customer

Exactly the experience I had
Just purchased in Ayr at £202.99. They refused techinthebasket but matched gdprice
Just asked Amazon about this, and whilst they couldn't price match, offered a £20 promotional credit towards it.

I didn't tell them where, just "an instore major competitor" and emphasised Amazon's strive to provide the best value - plus a good chat representative!

Funny how you completely disregard the terms and conditions below that part isn't it.

I'll tell everyone now tho.

Terms n cond are; as long as the company is based in UK, it's not a third party seller, the stock is UK and has the product in stock, they'll do it.

If you guys came say 2 week before, we would've said no. A lot of us know who techinbasket, eglobal etc etc (all those never heard of or are but black friday as the guy above said hes right, just want to serve everyone, which is why some of you got lucky.

After Monday more than likely this won't happen, but showing that receipt will work probably until monday may be even till tuesday but after that i can assure you the price will have by then come down to near that but they def wont price match those sites.

Some of yall acting like karens thinking ur entitled to shit is hilarious tbh
No one is acting as though anyone is entitled thank you, but this site is about communicating how to get the best deal... this original sale match was genuine and at the time It was believed this was a UK based site, the site indicated this to the satisfaction of staff.

Even if it isn’t, however, it’s not ok for Curry’s to just accept big UK retailers as has been claimed by other posts... their pledge does not state this...’any online site’ ‘fullstop’

Not worth the price. The sound isn't great

it's a balance, whilst the sound profile is definitely consumer oriented (nothing wrong with that) - the sound cancelling is simply superb. If you are trying to reduce background noise whilst listening to an audio source these headphones have it nailed.

Yeah the noise cancelling is amazing but the.sound was so narrow and disappointing
Got it priced to matched to 202. Thanks @Micketh85 for sharing!

I took out the 5 year cover too, as I know Sony has had issues in the past with these headphones. Well worth getting cover if you can IMO.
