Now I just need seventy quid...
Looks like Amazon, Currys etc currently have them at 71 if it's easier to either collect or get prime delivery.
I bought these from John Lewis last week MrSwitch, they were a pound more expensive than this but I think it’s worth it for the 2 year guarantee

Fair enough bud
Good headphones, great sound quality and bass, but they lag when watching videos and YouTube.
The noise cancelling is decent, certainly better than the backbeatpros I had.
Great headphones, noise cancelling on them is very good

I bought these in August for a week's stay in Charing Cross hospital. They were brilliant on the journey - I could comfortably hear them over the Tube - and the battery life was astounding. The noise cancellation is subtle but the sound quality is fantastic, especially considering the price-point.

I use mine daily on my commute and they're as solid as the day I bought them.

I’m no audiophile, but IMO the sound quality is very good (can adjust the treble / bass through the app to suit). The noise cancellation is OK, not fantastic, I also get quite a bit of sound leakage which isn’t great. But for the price I can’t complain.

There's an optional companion app which you can use to fine tune the sound. It's not necessary to use the headphones, rather it's there if you want to adjust the sound profile (so the sound can be changed to be more suited to Rock rather than Jazz, for example). It's just a little bonus feature.

If you can wait, like excellence in BT headphones (including nc) and don't mind a bit of extra bass in your music (= you like pop/rock etc), xb900 are now in the process of approaching £100, if you can afford that it's real value

Advice is genuine but surely can be perfected

Voted hot btw, this very good value too

They have good codec support (aptX HD, though incredibly not Sony's own LDAC), lag shouldn't be that annoying - have you tried tweaking phone settings? (eg if you watching YouTube, selecting AAC in developer options? - Android handles that codec badly anyway, that could explain it)
