Posted before and voted as cold, which I find incredible.

People were snapping these up at full price, so I have no idea why they'd be balked at at £50. Can't get them for anywhere near this price anywhere else at the moment.

Voted as best headphones under $200 here:

Reviews on Amazon also glowing, and has a respected following on head-fi. In other words, they're good.

I'm expecting some disparagers, namely those who can't/don't want to differentiate decent headphones from those that come free inside breakfast cereals. If you don't get the headphone thing then please don't vote cold just for the sake of it.

Thanks for your deal. I've added the price and merchant to your title for you

Great price, these seem to get good "User" reviews just like the bigger brother.

I've got the H3 myself and they're worth every penny.

not good review from what hifi.http://www.whathifi.com/sony/xba-h1/review

Yeah I've seen that, seems very odd. It's the only credible negative review I've seen, just happens to be the first link on Google

Worth reading the link below, where they discuss what hi fis review and disagree with it entirely. As with any IEM fit is everything, so I can only guess that the reviewer didn't have much luck with them.

i have these, I think they are great

Not much stock, none in NW London, and I see one in Walworth Road if anyone wants one.

John Lewis showing out of stock too, looks like a clearance bargain to me.

Nice find but hybrids with one armature simply overpriced. Try looking for discontinued not hybrid dual+ Sony models. Sony USA xba2 now discontinued to 99$, no UK though. My 2€ cents.

I tried a pair of pump audio headphones on the demonstration bus that's traveling to shows. They were comparing with a set of beats plugged into a mp3 player and they sounded better. Currently around £35 on Internet so worth considering.

Is the wire at the jack end likely to fail just like a £10 pair ?
