Ok, so there may be a new Sony available soon, but this is the best Contract price I've seen this at. Almost everywhere has this at £699 sim free, the only place I've seen it cheaper is giff gaff at £600 + £10 goodie bag (someone else can post that deal!).

Fast performance, waterproof, OLED. Some might not get on with the 21:9 dimensions - it's taller than most.

Black is sold out

£24 for 24 months, plus £125 upfront, total £701
includes Sony WF-1000XM3 Earbuds "worth £219", but selling on ebay for £150-160ish.
£30 topcashback too if you want it. track instantly, no probs.

Sony are having a laugh mate. They lost the race against the big boys when they used mediatek processors and when they stopped updating phones after 1 year.

That was Sony of yesteryear, catch up with reality

However, these being £275 at CeX with very little use, makes this deal a stretch, nice freebie cancelled out by upfront cost.
Good try anyway OP

how are huawei gonna get those android updates out in future?

reviews have a few critiques of this phone; performance is not one of them.

oh, ouch!

i should concentrate on dodgy chinese imports with no warranty or support

Lol
People are clueless
Huawei ...yeh right of course they are the worst lmao...of course...they have already said they have made there solution to not having Google play store
They have created there own which apprantely come with p40 pro...nothing will phase them...that's why they make.the best phones etc ...and the dodgy Americans don't like it..cause they are apple lovers
Just bought from CEX last week. £260. Now £275 but maybe 5% off if you pay cash instore. Identical spec phone to listing. Grade A..... As new.CEX 2 year back up warranty. £10 a month now on voda...unlimited 10gb.Top spec, 855 snapdragon. Btw....I too am not an Apple fanboy...just want as much bang for little buck

Nope, you did well, good try just bad timing, impossible to find a good contract deal on Xperia 5 if price collapses by half just 3 months after release, at one of biggest resellers.

No please, no more grey imports, we've got enough on this forum unfortunately. Can't vote hot, didn't vote cold, all the best, keep it up

For the money absolutely stonker. Yes, it will not be worth much in 2 - 3 years (as most Androids are lead balloons if purchased full RRP.....But just be savy and bite 3 - 6 mnths after release) I don't mind losing say £150 tops by then
