Really tempted by this. Any ideas if this is a genuinely good deal?
On Sonys website the current price is also £799.
Saw one review post that after they sold the earphones the price was around £850 (this deal is without earphones).
ebuyer.com have the black version with link buds S for the same price. However, shipping isn't free ordering from ebuyer. They do have the green one listed as well, but for some reason the earplugs doesn't get added on in the basket.

This was much cheaper from O2 a couple of weeks ago. £300 cashback and £100 trade in... but I returned it.

It overheats ... to the extent a message comes up on the phone telling you not to hold it as it might burn you. The night photography is much worse than my old Pixel 5 and the compass points in random directions. Avoid.
Doesn't sound right. Had you applied all software updates and app updates? Night photography has to be done differently. Sounds like you didn't do enough research into what you were buying. And under what circumstance did it overheat?

Brilliant phone for the right person.

Good phone, I moved up from a p20 pro.
Feels nice in the hand, screen, battery and camera good. I'm no photographer and the camera is a bit overkill for me I like to point and shoot.
I probably need to learn how to use it.

Ive had mine for 3 weeks not a single instance of overheating. I don't do gaming. However camera fails to start up on occasions. When using the phone through an app to scan a QR code (eg when setting up Asus mesh using the app) the camera doesn't start and won't open up unless phone restarted.

I'm awaiting a replacement handset as o2 think it's hardware issue (unlikely as video Pro app works as normal).
