I'd read the thread for that deal, but they generally come unlocked mate.
These are dreadful phones, slow load, loads of bloat and bad battery. I know it's cheap, but really not very good.

If it's no good send it back.
I wouldn’t buy it

The silver L3 is still available for £69 like new. Same link MrSwitch gave you but select silver.

I don't agree. I bought this phone last year and I it suits my needs well. It's got Android 7 which still has many of the features Google blocked with later Android v8/9/10 (one example is call recorder doesn't allow direct link to contacts "for privacy reasons" since v8). Speed is no issue for me, I suppose it all depends how you use your phone. I did pay less than £50 for grade A with 12 months warranty from Argos, though.

That's fine , just an opinion, I've handled a large number of these thru work (I'm an MDM admin). Users always expect the world with us, even with a budget phone like this.
Anyone successfully unlocked from EE?
This has the smart cleaner which later pie O/S didn't have, & subsequently due to misinformation from O2 I missed out on & bought the L3 ....can anyone, @MrSwitch recommend a decent app cleaner to clear the L3 of garbage without it being a hinderance & a data logger ..I hate data intrusion so want to free up the phone of pre-loaded crud beyond merely disabling bloatware such as facebook et al.
To be honest, the only one I have installed in my phone is ccleaner, though very rarely use or need it.

I'm more interested in an empty efficient phone that I can use for the basics & not clutter, i'm already wound up by the info swap between my PC & the phone connecting for intrusive "helpful" purposes, ..will be putting duck duck go on it asap if it doesn't go back,...So much to turn off & delete needed.
The Xperia L1 actually has a brighter screen than the L2. Thats why I bought an L1.

I got one brand new on ebay for £80 delivered,
