This better or worse than my OP3?

Looked long at this but don't see it really as improving my Nexus 5X
Loved my Z2 until it smashed.
Nexus 5X is good....but miss the music output of Sony & NC headphones

another sony failure in the smart phone market, getting cheaper all the time. z5 Premuim is better than these new sony X range

this is a poor effort of a flagship smartphone.

I've got the one plus 3 and have no problems with Bluetooth, can't say anything about the 3t but I wouldn't of thought there was any difference between them

Im using oneplus 3 for couple of months
My only complaint is its sometimes doesn't go on WiFi automatically when I'm home n I keep using my 4g data without noticing
Apart of that the phone has been great

Looks no different to the £80 XA

This isn't the flagship, this is midrange.

it was their highest spec phone on release.

If I'd paid £300 for this on release I'd have been very happy, I expect. But as I paid nearly 50% more than that I don't think it's good value for money. Interface is a little laggy, keyboard is way too slow, camera is rubbish in low light. Battery performance is only average where Sony claimed it was incredible. It does look and feel like a premium phone though, I think £300 is a fair price.

Isn't the XA Ultra better value at £279 @ Amazon?

No everyone wants giant ass phones

I have a Z2 and am only unhappy with the 16gb (wish it was slightly smaller as well). Android is not good at managing space even with a microSd.

Want a 32 GB phone but 5" or under but with an equivalent or better camera than the Z2. Waiting for a good deal on the Xperia X or Compact... But the fact there's a "performance" version is annoying.

Guess I'll wait for the new 2017 phones to start coming out and see.

I'm the exact same, got a Z2, and it's great! I find the camera ok on the Z2, but it is poor in some conditions. I was tempted by the OP3, but they aren't available anymore, and I was looking < £350.

Specs much better than the Xperia XA: Better processor, more RAM. Fingerprint scanner etc

The XA Ultra is Ultra for a reason... it's a 6 inch phone, so not for everyone.

One of the nice features on this phone is that the fingerprint scanner is integrated into the power button on the side of the phone. IMO, having scanner on the back is annoying as have to pick phone up to use it. and having it as a home button on the front of the phone adds an extra 1.5 cm to phone length.

also got the op3, no problem and really fast. looking at buying another for my wife.

not in uk

Bought an X for £315 from Amazon before Christmas and it's worth the money. Had a Z3 previously. Battery is around the same as a 2 year old Z3 and does seem laggy but i like the slightly smaller size, 32 gig mem & the fingerprint reader. Probably the best sensible sized phone around the £300 mark. Heat from me

Thanks, bought one and very pleased with it so far, as contract was up. £600 for a Samsung S7 Edge was too extravagant for a phone. At half the price this is a much better deal. Now also available on Amazon Prime at the same price: amazon.co.uk/Son…Y58
