I was looking around for a good deal for this phone and this is by far the best one out there I saw through Uswitch.

Works out £25/m after cashback for a good tarriff plus you get some cool bluetooth remote control/headphones worth £39.99 and TopCashback, which has tracked for me.

Enter code USW55707 for free headphones.

You'd be better off with the deal I posted a week or so ago:

hotukdeals.com/dea…820

Cashback has just been increased to £72 (by redemption) so equivalent of £24/m.

£30 quidco cashback is also possible.

I didn't see this, effectively the same deal except £24 cheaper but no free headphones.. which you could sell for more in theory!

It's a brilliant phone anyway - I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Tough crowd in here for mobile deals though - I would say this is a fairly hot deal considering how much the phone would cost you if you walked into a Phones4U / Carphone Warehouse on the high street.

It's an acceptable deal if you need this phone badly and you don't want to buy it, but let's be serious, this phone is not £648!! I think it's preferable to buy the phone - £400 on the market sim free, some retailers also accept credit agreements - and choose your own sim only plan. It kind of beats by at least £100 all this headache with chasing cashback that has hidden t&c and might never arrive in your account.

I personally prefer paying for my Mobile phone through a 24 month agreement as long as the total cost of the phone is not ridiculous. I never really have a spare £400 to lay down to buy a phone outright - if you do then, fair enough, you could save a few pounds (but not that much). You've taken the worst case scenario of £648 for 24 months. On the deal I bought I'm getting £48 cashback (which only requires e-mailed copies of bills) and £30 quidco (which has tracked). This brings it to £570.

Best Sim-Only price is £389.99 - given it's a brand new phone (and quite a good one at that!) I don't see this price dropping massively in the next few months.

That leaves me paying £180 for a 24 month contract (£15/m) for a reasonably good phone plan.

Fair enough - it's not for everyone. I just looked on Phones4U and the same phone and plan costs £37.99 plus £59.99 upfront for the phone. Now that's a rip off!!
