Cheapest price for a while from what I can see. Pretty simple little soundbar but reviews seem decent and the bluetooth connectivity is always handy, probably suited to a smaller TV or even a bedroom / kids room.

To answer your first question, It's 21 inch in length, no idea what Bluetooth version it is though. And it's 2019.
