Tronsmart Bang Mini is £11 cheaper with almost twice the output. Granted this does have aptx (although not sure you'll get the benefit in a speaker) but those looking for increased volume have another, arguably better option

You may prefer the motion plus if you find boom too bassy. Had a fair few of these and for the money motion boom and plus are right up there for the value for money Kings (edited)

Highly advise not upgrading firmware if you get these esp if using anything that requires quick response ie video calling or gaming on computer. New update creates a 2 ish second delay when there is no input which means every time someone stops taking and starts again you miss the first few seconds of what they say. Sounds minor, but it is incredibly annoying! That said their support is amazing and they sent me a downgrade firmware to go back to the way it was.

Bought this a week ago and sadly had to return it. The bluetooth connection was great and loud, but aux connection were barely audible even when the connecting device was turned up to the max. (edited)
