From the perilous battlefields of the fourth-grade playground, a young hero will rise, destined to be South Park’s savior. From the creators of South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, comes an epic quest to become… cool. Introducing South Park: The Stick of Truth.

You begin as the new kid in town facing a harrowing challenge: making friends. As you start your quest the children of South Park are embroiled in a city-wide, live-action-role-playing game, casting imaginary spells and swinging fake swords. Over time the simple children’s game escalates into a battle of good and evil that threatens to consume the world.

Arm yourself with weapons of legend to defeat crabpeople, underpants gnomes, hippies and other forces of evil. Discover the lost Stick of Truth and earn your place at the side of Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny as their new friend. Succeed, and you shall be South Park’s savior, cementing your social status in South Park Elementary. Fail, and you will forever be known… as a loser.

Just to note, this is uplay, not steam - for those that have a preference.

Fantastic game and a steal at this price.

AFAIK a Ubi game will require Uplay runtime even if activated/purchased in Steam. Surprising/disappointing to still see worries about using Uplay, I'd assumed most established PC gamers these days would have Steam, GOG, Uplay, and Origin clients and be fine with dealing with any.

It also seems true that you now only get to use a so called "Facebook code" a couple of times so best not to waste on saving 15p

It's less about Uplay and more having the game on Steam. They don't want games all over different clients if possible.

Shame it's not Steam, as I use Big Picture mode for casual games and enjoy the convenience. I'll have to pass, as adding non-Steam titles is a massive faff.

Do you know you can easily add non steam games on Steam?

Only the new Ubisoft games. AFAIK Stick of Truth does launch Uplay when launched from Steam.

The Steam version Stick of Truth does not require Uplay (however The Fractured But Whole does).
Dumb question. Will it work on Mac?
One of the few games to make me laugh out loud ( the sex scene is hilarious ), the other when Guybrush’s trousers fall down in Monkey Island
Brilliant game

To be fair for me it's more about not having to launch 15 different clients at startup for my games to be kept up to date
