South Park™: The Fractured But Whole™ is coming to Nintendo Switch! From the creators of South Park comes this outrageously offensive superhero adventure that you can play anytime, anywhere for the very first time.

Customise your avatar, come on down to South Park, and join Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman’s superhero team. Then have yourself a time with a battle system as surprisingly deep as the show that spawned it.

All past DLC will be available for purchase individually or as a part of the Season Pass. DLC 1: Danger Deck and DLC 2: From Dusk Till Casa Bonita will be available at launch, and DLC 3: Bring the Crunch will tell an additional story when it releases in 2018.

Metacritic metascore: 80

Enjoy an authentic South Park experience, written and voiced by Trey Parker & Matt Stone, and jump into an epic quest to become... cool. Join Stan, Kyle, Cartman & Kenny and become South Park's saviour

Gold edition is also £19 which comes with all dlc.
Which of the two is better?

And can I play one without have playing the other? :-)
Are these censored in any way? I seem to recall that the first game was uncensored on PC only but that was at release, long before the Switch existed. I have no idea about the games now.

Fractured, and yes.

Went looking last night after seeing this post and saw the Gold edition was less than the season pass for this. I’d have liked a physical copy really but at that price (and with some gold points to redeem) I was happy to bite

Do you have a link to the gold edition please? I've tried searching their site but can't see it.

For some odd reason it's not on Nintendo site so looks like only way to buy it is directly from your switch.

Stick of Truth has funnier and I think more classic episode references. Fractured was underwhelming after playing the first and rather forgettable
Ok prices but I remember getting both for 15 quid on ps4 a year or so ago. They should be lower really.
I prefer the first in terms of combat.
