I've still got my copy in it's shrink wrap when it first launched!
Is it a good game? I feel that it's dropped quicker than the stick of truth

Remember this is £4.49 for Humble Monthly subscriptions. I just thought it was definitely worth pointing out

It's generally a poorer game than Stick of Truth, the game is an even bigger chore to play and the pacing means it takes twice as long to progress compared to SoT

Personally I dropped it because I got tired of the grid based combat, random battles were starting to take minutes to clear each
Picked up the Gold edition in the Steam sale, 9hrs in. It's not terrible but it's not good either. Doesn't have nearly as many laughs as Stick of Truth.

One comparison that stood out to me,

Stick of Truth: youtube.com/wat…IlY
Fractured But Whole: City Wok owner is a vendor with one line "Welcome to City Wok". What happened to the funny cutscenes and quests? It's like they couldn't be bothered to do the extra artwork and voice acting, resulting in a shallow, bland video game.

There are several other cases like above where establishments are empty, Tweek Bros, Jimbo's Guns, Tom's Rhinoplasty. There should be so much content in these places. Instead the characters are standing there doing nothing with the only interaction being to take a selfie with them.

I'm 9 hours in and haven't seen crab people, gnomes, aliens, cows, so much more. Here's hoping the best parts were thrown into the DLC.
The most obvious explanation is that Fractured but Whole was made by a Ubisoft San Francisco whose past games include... Rock Smith and Just Dance. Meanwhile Stick of Truth was made partly by Obsidian

Stick of truth had a lot of love put into it. Lots of characters got some screen time and the game references and uses so much South Park lore whilst Fractured but Whole seemingly thew that away
