£2.00 price drop.

Please be aware you require uPlay account to play this.

THIS IS NOT A STEAM GAME.
(Or I'd have picked it up myself at this price... But if you already have a uPlay account or are willing to make one, this is a great price imho, for some reason they're still charging £26.99 on Steam! )

Product Description

From the perilous battlefields of the fourth-grade playground, a young hero will rise, destined to be South Park’s savior. From the creators of South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, comes an epic quest to become… cool. Introducing South Park: The Stick of Truth.

You begin as the new kid in town facing a harrowing challenge: making friends. As you start your quest the children of South Park are embroiled in a city-wide, live-action-role-playing game, casting imaginary spells and swinging fake swords. Over time the simple children’s game escalates into a battle of good and evil that threatens to consume the world.

Arm yourself with weapons of legend to defeat crabpeople, underpants gnomes, hippies and other forces of evil. Discover the lost Stick of Truth and earn your place at the side of Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny as their new friend. Succeed, and you shall be South Park’s savior, cementing your social status in South Park Elementary. Fail, and you will forever be known… as a loser.

I'd give it heat if it was the Steam version, but alas.

Not 100% sure.

It was sitting at £6.99 on CDKeys for weeks and weeks before TFBW was released. I would have picked it up at that price if it was a Steam Key.

As many have said in the past these are probably from a bundle or sale in a country like Russia and marked up to make a couple of ££ on each unit in the ROW market.

Who knows

At least it's better than Origin. Nothing particularly wrong with the interface and functionality of uPlay, it's just completely unnecessary when their customers want to manage their game collection on Steam. Surprised they haven't dropped it yet as I can't imagine it generates a lot of revenue.

You can add non steam games to steam mate

True. But it just adds a shortcut. I do it with my Origin games. It still boots up the other launcher when you try and play it. Plus there are no Steam achievements and it won't be in Steam when I format my computer... I'd need to redownload uPlay, reinstall the game and re add it to Steam.... And knowing me I'd prob forget what games I had where or that I'd even used a certain launcher.

Thanks for the suggestion tho @fattyuk

Tell me about it. Not a fan of Origin at all. I've not tried this launcher but I'm not really wanting another one even for a big saving. I have Steam, Origin, Galaxy, Blizzard Launcher, Epic Launcher, Xbox for Windows 10, Bethesda Launcher, League of Legends Launcher meh... Steam was the first I had though, 13 years or so back and I'm kinda stuck with it! Haha..
