I was trying to work out of this one of self-propelling, I couldn't see from the description.

Looking at that picture I would say it's not.

Yes, I was thinking that, perhaps thats why they make a point of stating 150cc in the title? Because it makes it sound powerful, but if its not self-propelling, so what? I have a rough old lawn which is a fair size, my 50cc self-propelling mower makes it an easy job.
Specifically states 'push' in the blurb a couple of times.
Why do all you weaklings need push mowers when they are this small?
Yeah looks like push mines propelled and is great
very similair in B & Q 140cc and self propelled £140

A push mower is fine if you have a flat and small lawn, anything more than a slight incline and a 25kg ( guess as no mowers on the website ) and it will run away with you.
The Lidl one seems better but not sure if worth the extra £s.

I don't understand the Lidl ones power? It says 1.87 kW but its a petrol engine, so surely it should be in cc?

It's the energy output 1.87 kW is 2.54 horsepower which I think is about average for a mower. A 150cc engine can have more horsepower but this is a budget one, so I'm not sure if that's the case here.
Can anyone advise me on how to restart a petrol lawnmower after the Winter break?

I tried last month without success. I've filled it with petrol, made sure it has oil in it and pressed the red prime button a number of times but it just won't start up.

Try cleaning the spark plug, see if that helps. That's the usually the first thing to check if the engine doesn't start.
Or check you even have a spark !
They were selling off the old 149cc models a couple of months ago at £50.
Think you may find this new model has a 129cc engine.
If you click on product details on the site it specifies 129cc.

Because some of us are lazy or have uphill gardens or like to lie flat on the ground and be dragged along the lawn like Benny Hill to entertain the neighbours. The question should be why wouldn't anyone want a self propelled mower?!

My Sovereign needs serious priming to start, it says press 3 times but that's bullplop... I pump the red button about 10 times and it starts on first pull. If I prime with 3 presses it takes dozens of pulls to get the bugger going.
