Am taking mine to my daughters house tomorrow as am spending Christmas at her place , have not had time to test it yet but pleased with the price as these do go for more! Merry Christmas everyone , have a lovely time :D x
I got mine yesterday - all things considered, it's really nice! It has the lights, the bows and the baubles and I can't complain - it was FREE! The lights are fine too - bright enough. We have it in the front window of one of the upstairs rooms and it's cute! :D
Mine finally arrived. Have to say, all things considered it's a really nice tree. Just wish the customer service was a bit better. I have my 2-3ft real tree which is amazing, but this artificial one is small enough to just be on the dining room table . The LEDs are very bright, but the picture is very misleading. There's no fake snow or bows on the tree I received... Though to be honest, it actually looks more elegant than the picture does.
The lights on ours are really bright led's, I think they must be 'white' rather than the 'warm glow' type that we have on our main tree as they are so much brighter than those. Maybe the lights on yours are faulty, silly question but is there any chance they're not brand new batteries as that might be the problem, if not it might be worth contacting them. I've got to contact them as the poinsettia I ordered turned up today and was in quite a sorry state and the water pump planter free gift wasn't as big or as good quality as I had hoped, but they are only open mon-fri. Oh and our tree has no snow either, I was a little disappointed at first but we saw a similar tree when we were out today that didn't look as good as these and was £10, so for £6 odd I'm quite pleased.
Also ours has no snow on it altho it shows it in the pic. I may be throwing ours away before christmas even though it is artificial!
